I am the CEO of an Ecommerce brand specializing in solutions for chronic back pain.

We were looking to grow our online presence throughout Google's platforms as well as auxiliary websites. Moreover, they have helped grow our website's SEO.

They have shown us previous succesful projects completed and proof of extended experience in the field of Advertising online, especially using Google's platforms.

We have had a series of meetings in the beggining of our collaboration where each party got familiar with each other's business model and operation mechanics. Thereafter, we went into talking about our brand, getting them to understand how we operate, what we lack and where we would like them to help us improve.

While at the beginning the meetings and communication was present more often, they have helped us tremendously by developing self sufficiency and working on the projects by themselves without any indications, or time consuming meetings with us. They completely took over the Google advertising department, which is exactly what we needed.

We have worked closely with the executive of the company as well as the brand manager.

They have completely taken over the Google advertising department and have increase our SEO ranking to #1 for our brand name. Moreover, they have increased our monthly revenue by 15%-20% in just a few months and are continuing to grow.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have daily meetings and conversations at the begging. However, as time went on, they have adapted to our needs and became self sufficient in their workload. Nevertheless, they are still very responsive to any questions we might have.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their desire to grow company's sales without the need of constant time wasting, inefficient communication. They know exactly our brand's needs and understand what a small or medium e-commerce brand needs.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

We would love to have an even more detailed report of each campaign inside ads manager.

The strategy was using the influencer content for the Google ads to remarket to the people who saw the influencers promoting it but did not purchase yet and this brought the maximum performance and brought a strong long term ROI for the promotions I ran.

They focused on driving volume to the right product and helped us gain traction to scale into cold on facebook, alongside weekly calls so we could work more closely with them than our previous agency.

We found this marketing agency through vouches in the industry based on marketing experience.

Sebastian and Nate worked closely with our account to help us scale on google ads, with the right product, and close consideration to stock management with our brand along with profit margins, diving deeper into the analytics and reporting to us rather than just showing us a ROAS; they also broke down the traffic and showed us what % was retargeting and what % was cold retained traffic, which was a massive assistance to us.

We worked with an account manager and a google ads expert from their team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaigns were very successful. They managed to hit $40,000 in the second month in sales, considering we didn't have to touch our ads this was a game changer for us especially with the % they charged in comparison to other agencies. Wouldn't really hesitate in leaving a review as it truly has been a pleasant experience.

We had zoom calls twice a week to go over our campaign performance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found it most impressive that they provided 1:1 support with us, many agencies don't do this or have a random guy speaking to you, we had someone who we knew was experienced in the space, we could trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have offered CRO specifically for google, however I didn't expect this as they are a G-ads agency!
