Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While traffic to the site saw a modest increase, a significant portion of the traffic was converting into viable leads so we were pleased with the results. We didn't care about how much traffic we got but really needed to have the SEO translate into revenue and High Voltage delivered in that sense.

The most notable is an increase in revenue, which was our most important goal. High Voltage also helped us identify areas of low organic competition in related markets and helped us exploit those.

The team at High Voltage helped us decide on the best direction to take the site's content for traffic growth and communicated with the development team for implementation. We provided technical direction for the contet since our products are very rigorously researched and we need the sales copy to reflect that. The process was very smooth and all we had to do other than provide technical direction was approve deliverables.

Performance increased immediately when the optimizations started. Traffic to the site increased a little but didn't blow us away. However, the number of leads went up fast and we were really happy with that.

We had meetings twice a month and we communicated mostly through email outside of that. They made a dashboard for our site which made it easy to track performance.

I had an account manager and that's who I mostly communicate with, an account strategiest participated on a quarterly basis as well.

The work from hihg voltage led to an increase in traffic fairly quickly and month-to-month growth was substantial. We're able to get between 100 and 150 leads per month.

Consistent communication on bi-weekly and monthly meetings was great and let us keep everything on track. We didn't need to use any tools past what we were already using before we started with them so that was a great time saver.

They're completely unfazed by challenges. We worked with one other agency before that gave us a lot of talk about how difficult our industry was and to manage our expectations. Not so with hig voltage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not in terms of their core business. As a consultant, I would advise them to be more high-level in their assesments. I liked to see the granular detail but it might be too much for some.

It took about a month for High Voltage to give us clear instructions about the things that needed to be done on our site. They also helped us set up the SEO foundation for a new division of our company which started showing promising results within a few months of implementation.

Great communication and easy to work with. Communication happened via email and scheduled Zoom meetings.

Their knowledge of SEO is notable. I was always impressed by their expertise and I haven’t found anyone else with their level of talent in that industry.

We do a lot of our communication with other partners via shared Slack channels. That wasn't an option for High Voltage.

High Voltage pointed out some technical issues with our site from the start that resulted in noticable improvements for our site traffic. The content strategy took a while to implement but once it was online, the results exceeded our expectations.

Their communication was excellent and we really liked that we got to sign off on every decision along the way. The project timeline we were presented with at the start went through a few changes but ultimately squared up with what we needed.

We were notified of what was happening every step of the way. Previously, we had some negative experiences with agencies that made decisions about our site without consulting us.

No major complaints. I would have liked if the project timeline happened as it was planned but I understand no one can account for every eventuality.

We built out a plan that narrowed down a lot of my service pages and optimized them for specific keywords. After working these pages and creating content to support them over the first few months, they handled all of the digital advertising for my site

I had a main campaign managers I worked with, but I was also in contact with some on else that managed their Facebook and Google advertising.

We were able to almost double the amount of keywords my site ranked for in the first few months. This was a good start in bringing in more traffic but the best part was having them reduce some of our advertising costs by taking over our retargeting campaigns.

Once we were on the same page about my goals, my campaign manager was always prompt with our weekly updates and keeping me informed.

They really knew their stuff. Their deliverables were always thorough in showing their research and explaining their suggestions. I'm sure they use a lot of the same tools as other agencies, but I was impressed with how fast we had a strategy in place and updates to the site.

There were a couple of times where our content was a delayed but it never really held back the project in the end.

Our site was a mess. Their team had to rebuild the structure for almost all of our pages. Right after our SEO audit they worked to restructure our site and build out our product landing pages that were properly optimized. In the first 2-3 months we we had our entire ecommerce catalog up and our site started to rank for some of our target keywords.

They were always super professional and made sure I had my questions answered. I didn't have much technical experience at all but my campaign manager spent a lot of time walking me through all of our weekly / monthly reviews.

They were very skilled in the technical aspects of SEO. I'm not sure if other agencies also do as much research or testing but I was impressed with how quickly they could implement changes and show me some early results.

We were a bit behind getting started and restructuring our site but they were always transparent about our progress. I would have liked to have been creating new content from the beginning but was restricted on budget.

A lot of the issues from their SEO audit I had no idea about and the first month we focuses on fixing a lot of the more technical issues on my site to improve my site speed overall. Much of the content I already had up was good quality but needed some elements for getting more visibility in search results.

Their team buillt out keyword development plans for each of my target pages and with some changes to keywords / page structure we had seen some improvements even 30 days after the articles were updated

They always gave clear communication and explained to me in simple terms how the changes they're proposing would help grow my site. They were very helpful in accommodating my work style and the type of content I wanted to create.

I was really worried that optimizing my content for SEO would reduce the quality of my creative work. What I appreciated was that right from when I was onboarded, they understood my goals and created a plan that maintained my style but would still give me better results.

Its hard getting others to write quality content in the art or vintage collectible space. I'm very particular about the content that goes on my site, and I wish they had more writers specifically in the art space.
