One of their companies was working in our co-working space, and we decided to give them a shot because they had worked with a lot of high dollar products in the past, just like us.

We’ve spent around $20,000.

We started working together in December 2019, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We were able to increase our leads, pay less per click, and get a lot more bang for our buck. There was a mass efficiency created in our social media buying. On the Google side, we probably increased our efficiency by 40%–50%. I never would have expected that.

How did FG Marketing Co perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always good at meeting deadlines. When they promise they’re going to do something, they do it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They saw what was happening with the leads that were coming in, and they streamlined a lot of our processes. The team wanted us to be successful, and they spent quite a lot of time helping us get there. They really cared about the results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re not a creative shop, so they don’t do photography in-house. They’re good at what their specialty is. They’re legitimately good people that have strong work ethics.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to always set deadlines because they always meet them. I would rely heavily on their sales knowledge too, as far as improving processes.

They help us boost brand awareness and fill seats in in our certification courses.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The courses we offer are costly, but they act as continuing education credits and certifications for medical specialists. FG Marketing did all the social media marketing through Facebook and Google searches. Most of their involvement is in paid advertising. They also helped me set up a web platform in Shopify, with a number of integrated systems. They retargeted and refined our image on Facebook, and they tracked our outcomes on an objective level. Another part of this project includes filming professional videos for use in our marketing campaigns.

Their team is growing, but I interact with a core group of three people.

I'm related to their founder and CEO, and I've followed their growth for some time now. It's fun to work together from a business standpoint. I know their team very well, and we have a lot of history together. I trust them and know how hard they're willing to work.

On average, we spend about $1,000-$3,000 in management fees each month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They summarize ROI in regular meetings, make adjustments to campaigns, and demonstrate how much traffic we are pulling from our competitors. I have access to all the details, and we see all the registrations for our courses. They represent the results well, and they pivot easily.

On average, we reap 2.87 times our investment in returns. In terms of brand awareness, their work brings in millions of impressions. We make more money and are much more visible than before.

How did FG Marketing Co perform from a project management standpoint?

Their support is fantastic. They're very responsive to emails, phone calls, or Skype meetings. I've met with them frequently, and their turnaround times are amazingly fast. Their work is high-touch, customized, and sensitive to our particular business needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very attentive, and they will change their processes to best suit our needs. They take time to understand our business to be most effective in their marketing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I like their new billing structure, which is much cleaner and easier to manage. Right now, I don't have any criticism for them. They quickly make changes based on what we want.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to communicate your needs clearly, and have the proper infrastructure to maximize the benefit of this kind of marketing. FG Marketing can assist with those things, but having structures in place will improve the effectiveness of your campaigns.
