To be honest, I would guess about 5 people all in all but can't remember to be exact. I did all of this in the midst of tourist season, which is totally out of control for us at the store. But I do know this, I was very well taken care of, they explained everything to me in detail as to what was next, & the transition to each step went seamlessly.
I think one was the salesperson, one was his sales manager, one was with the website team/development team, one was a customer service gal, & then Jared is my Account Manager. Can't remember everyone's name except Jared, because he is the guy who totally takes care of me.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
I will say that my staff & I have all noticed that we are getting people calling in to the store from all over the US to make purchases. It started the week our website went up. Our website hits are increasing monthly & when we ask people how they found us, they say that we popped up when they were searching for a brand we carry, or for turquoise jewelry, etc.
We are shipping more packages than ever! I also love the notifications they set up for me to receive when someone reaches out to the website for information. This is so handy & helps us have a quick response time.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Jared & I communicate via e-mail & text. He is super responsive & if he is ever on vacation or out of office, he has it set where I can be connected immediately with someone else. We also schedule meetings to touch base & see how everything is going & if there is anything I need at the time. He makes edits or changes very quickly & just takes care of me.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The two things I found most impressive about this company are; I saw an immediate return on my investment & The FABULOUS service Jared provides me. He is just wonderful to work with. You can tell he loves his job. He is so positive & a really good listener to what our needs are & his execution & follow up are very impressive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Honestly, I don't know that I can think of anything I would have wanted done differently? Except maybe I wish I would have done this right when we bought the store almost 2 years ago. It's scary for a small business to spend money to make money. Luckily, the value in this venture has been a huge return on investment. I highly recommend them!
