Exaalgia LLC designed the UI of our website. They ensured that the UI looked aesthetically right and confirmed that the functionality of the website was satisfactory. The team also made sure that the site was easy to navigate.

Initially, I was assigned a project manager, and their responsibilities were eventually passed to a coordinator. I also had access to a UI developer who assisted throughout the project. The project manager and coordinator ensured that everything was promptly delivered and that all requirements were met.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered as promised. I was very satisfied with the web development, prototyping, and UI design, which were all completed in two months. Hosting services are separate and have been very useful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

This part was impressive. The workflow was conducted in a very transparent fashion, and each task was done promptly without any gaps.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their punctuality and timely delivery were impressive. Also, their communication was excellent. They’re a very agile company.

Yes, their presentation skills and reporting could certainly improve. Otherwise, they are an exceptional partner.

I have had zero issues, therefore I have no suggested improvements as they have always delivered for me.

All things inclusive in SEO, they are the complete package. Handling both on-page and off-page SEO.

They had a whole team working on our project but we maintained our communication through one project manager which helped. Satish the owner doesn’t mind jumping on calls either which was really cool.

We tracked calls coming in directly from our website. Before SEO we didn’t get a single call, now we are averaging around 50 additional calls a month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was good, the fulfillment team was off-limits but the project manager did an effective job handling the timeline.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to deliver. So many SEO companies in the market, with so few that actually deliver conversions. They value you no matter the price of your project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would have loved to have some type of login to view my stats that Exaalgia sees, but they did send reports so it wasn’t a huge deal.
