We hired Jake and his team for a one-time task of helping us with a few domain-related tasks as well as Google Business Profile optimizations. They moved extremely fast and had everything done within 24 hours. 

The tasklist included:

• Installing SSL Certificate on our website
• Forwarding new domains to our main website
• Google Business Profile Optimizations

We noticed that some of our customers were getting messages like, "This site isn't secure" when visiting the website and that is obviously a problem. So, we had StokeStoke implement the SSL Cert. It was a quick job for them and we haven't had any issues since. 

We were also having issues with customers going to an alternative URL (douglasnationalbank.com) instead of our actual URL (dnbdouglas.com). With his help, he walked us through purchasing the alternative domain as well as a few others and he forwarded those domains to our main website. That solved that problem!

In working with StokeStoke, they pointed out that our Google Business Profile was lacking information and he also suggested that we generate more reviews by using QR codes within the bank asking customers for feedback. He created the QR Code and the graphics for us which are still present across the bank. These QR codes take customers directly to Google Business. While we still don't get a lot of reviews, this small change has certainly helped. And, the best part is he did this complimentary for us.

The most measurable outcome has been the increase in customer trust. We also have seen a lift in visibility from Google as more people are finding us via search.

They delivered everything within 24 hours so, yes they very much delivered items on time.

The most impressive thing about this project was the expediency and the transparancy from the team. They are very upfront about timelines and recommendations (without being salesy). They seem to want everyone to succeed and that's hard to find in many companies.

Nothing that I can think of.

Not only were delivery items on time but Stokestoke was able to gather a lot of the information without slowing down office productivity.
