There were also key moments when Pax shared in-progress ideas and storyboards--this was a HUGE help as it felt like we were not left in the dark on some of the decision processes. Felt great to be included. I think our team experienced some confusion as non-design outsiders on some of the jargon and expectations during the start of the project, but those quickly ironed out as our team and Pax developed shared language and expectations. It was also often much better to be in person than virtual for ideation sessions.
