We needed help with WordPress development. We were looking to build a custom website from scratch.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Ambiguous Solution to build a website to display information. We needed to redirect our users from our website after logging in to this new site to access a dashboard and information.

We initially searched on Google for web developers. We had specific budget needs since we had limited money for the project. In the end, we contacted about 3–4 companies. Ambiguous Solution responded faster, so we decided to go with them.

We spent around 30,000 Indian rupees (approximately $400 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2021, and we finished our collaboration in January 2022.

How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?

Everything was going well at first, but when we started to talk to them about certain plans, they made constant negative comments, pointing out how they weren’t good ideas. In the end, we wanted a simple website, but they were unable to deliver what we expected.

How did Ambiguous Solution Pvt. Ltd. address the challenges that arose?

Our original deadline to launch the site was December 22nd, 2021. They said it was fine and would take them two weeks to complete. In reality, it took them more than six weeks, and they didn’t even finish the project.

How was project management handled?

The project manager was very responsive. She was pending on all of my requests and would call me often. However, another negative thing was that they’d contact me at any time — even late at night when I was already sleeping.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

They were responsive, but they didn’t provide us with what we expected.

In what specific areas can they improve?

They could be more organized; I didn’t like that they would call at night. Also, they were constantly promoting other services but didn’t focus on the actual development.  Additionally, if they want to make their customers happy, it’s not a good idea to constantly criticize their decisions and ideas.

We had a meeting and discuss our goals, objectives, and key responsibilities for designing and developing a WordPress site. They will update the content of the full website and make a new landing page.

A project manager, a full stack developer and a designer are working with us.

After launching our new website, we saw an 80% increment in traffic and approaching leads multiplied in a month because of the new landing page. Customers love the refreshed design of our website, and they presently have better information about our company and its services.

We had a daily based meeting with the project manager and their team about the update of our projects. We coordinate through skype and google meets, and they work well with their team.

They work very professionally, and that's the thing that is very impressive about this company.

At the point when we originally launched our website, there were a few minor bugs on the landing page. We let them know about the bugs and they immediately solved these issues.

The work is still going on but they share some wireframe and half or our Website is developed and i can say ambiguous solutions did amazing work

The project manager is very supportive. They provide their own ideas and they use tools for monitoring.

They gave me the complete design what I want and my team never worked with wordpress so they gave us ideas as well for that

Yes at the time of launching some bugs were their on the website but now is all fine

We've seen 85% increases in our sales since starting our project and getting more engagement in our company website. Overall, we're really pleased with the growth in revenue we've seen so far.

The workflow was satisfying. They give time to time reports about our project and our social ads. They also tell us sales increment of our products.

Their team members' behavior was very nice and they completed their project before the deadline. That's impressed me the most.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I'd like to use skype to communicate more than email since that is what my internal team used to.
