I’m the owner and manager of a photography company. We take pictures of weddings and other events in Dubai. We have 2–3 employees.

What challenge were you trying to address with Spring Future LLC?

Our competitors were working hard and investing a lot in online advertising. We needed to stay competitive, but we didn’t have a website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Spring Future has built our website from scratch using WordPress with Elementor. We initially only had the domain name. The website features examples of our photography services; it includes an about us page, a contact page, and a portfolio section. They’ve also created our business cards, letterhead, and company profile; it’s all part of a package that includes a full company profile in PDF form.

Additionally, they’ve trained someone from our staff to use the site so we can upload pictures on different sections of the website. We currently have a monthly marketing contract, including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads. Our staff shares the assets for the ads, and Spring Future adds the logos, makes a few changes, and sends them back for approval. Once all modifications are made, we approve them, and they share them on our platforms.

How much have you invested with them?

For the website, we’ve paid 9,550 United Arab Emirates dirhams (approximately $2,600 USD). Additionally, we pay 1,500 United Arab Emirates dirhams (approximately $400 USD) per month for their marketing work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around February 2022. The initial website took less than two months. Three months later, we signed the contract for social media marketing; we still work with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They share reports that tell us how many people have clicked on our ads, and the results on Google Ads have been good. In Dubai, people search on Google a lot, so 40%–50% of our clients come from there.

We’re not focused on social media because we use it more as a portfolio. When a client is interested in our services, we refer them to our social media platforms so they can see examples of our work.

How did Spring Future LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Our staff would report if Spring Future did something wrong, but everything has been fine for 6–7 months. The reports are fine with us; we trust them. The numbers are great, so they’re doing an excellent job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The first thing we found attractive was their price, which was very competitive against our other three choices. Moreover, we haven’t had any negative experiences with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you have someone in your organization that gets in touch with them regularly to evaluate results and review the numbers. After all, if you’re spending the money, you should keep track of the results.
