We provided any feedback and then Loopy Links provided a full draft version. Loopy Links incorporated any provided feedback. We then considered the draft final when we had no additional comments.

LoopyLinks developed a brand strategy from scratch. They started with a deep dive into our goals and strategy for the brand to make sure it aligned with our self-image. The key deliverables were a brand logo and strategy. They also offered to create a direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing approach but we haven’t taken them up on that yet.

We’re only part way through the project as we haven’t launched anything to market yet but compared to other agencies we’ve worked with in the past we’re ahead of schedule. LoopyLinks helped us with our branding which included our logo, colour palette and tone of voice. The team helped us define how we talk to the outside world.

They gathered and curated testimonials from existing parents who had used our services which informed our tone of voice and language. I also shared with the team some research we had done on our audience and clients which helped a lot because the team didn’t quite reflect our target audience. I didn’t want gaps around how to talk to our audience.

After the research phase, LoopyLinks presented us with design options for our logo to choose from. The team delivered 3 different logos and we had an internal meeting to compare the pros and cons of each. Once we chose the final logo we asked LoopyLinks to tweak one thing we didn’t like. The team sent us designs in Figma which later became mock-ups. We reviewed several mock-ups and different options for logos in PDF form.

Finally they provided us with assets to use on our social media including graphics and one-liners based on interviews and their interpretation of our research.

We used the graphics provided by LoopyLinks to run ads. We got amazing feedback from our partners and clients about our brand and logo looking great. Anecdotally we got lots of compliments and feedback. I also liked that they gave us 3 options for logos to choose from rather than 2 or too many. They gave us enough options to review and then narrow down.

LoopyLinks' project management was great. The team was super attentive, communicative and thoughtful about what we shared. They used a lot of the information we gave them which ultimately informed many of the deliverables. We used Slack for communication and Zoom for our calls. We could reach the team through Slack anytime we had questions. LoopyLinks offered to have weekly calls but we realised we didn’t need to have calls that often.

I liked that LoopyLinks had a distributed team. The distributed team ended up being really helpful because they had flexibility in their time and schedules to interview our clients who were based in other time zones.
