I am the Associate Director for the Coalition for Global Hepatitis Elimination at the Task Force for Global Health. We support programs in achieving viral hepatitis elimination goals by strengthening a community of practice, building the evidence base, and mobilizing commitment for hepatitis elimination.

We hired Loopy Links to design and format meeting and webinar reports and other official documents.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected Loopy Links because of their ability to turn around design products quickly and complete jobs in a cost-effective manner.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We sent Loopy Links the word document that required formatting. We provided any specifications. Loopy Links then did a PDF mock up of the designed version and shared via google drive. We provided any feedback and then Loopy Links provided a full draft version. Loopy Links incorporated any provided feedback. We then considered the draft final when we had no additional comments.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with one graphic designer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All finalized reports have been posted on our organization's website. We are consistently told by partners that the reports are a very useful tool to quickly understand the key takeaways of webinars.
