We needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Project Mirage designed and developed our website. They did the overall layout and designed the site according to our requirements.

The website has different classes and tests. There are 4–5 questions in all tests, and each set of questions has different versions with various grades and levels, which are all printable. Additionally, the purchaser gets a code with their book, and they can log in and out through one email address. The membership expires in one year.

A friend referred them; he was satisfied with their work.

We spent $400.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2019–June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Users haven’t complained about the site. Since it’s restricted for members only, the website isn’t being promoted or published anywhere. Moreover, we were satisfied with their work, and I recommend working with them.

How did Project Mirage perform from a project management standpoint?

It was a small project, and they were good at handling it. It took 50–60 days to develop it, and we’ve changed it 1–2 times. We communicated via phone.

If we have any issues, I can still contact them, and they help me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their perception is clear; they quickly understood our requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should have more publicity and promote themselves to get more business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Write your requirements down so that you can clearly communicate them to any IT person.

I am the Founder and Managing Director of Ready Logic, helping entrepreneurs become ten times more efficient and productive using project and process management.

For what projects/services did your company hire Project Mirage, and what were your goals?

We needed a face of the company with very specific set of requirements for our branding. We were very selective in colors, fonts and all that we want to use and we were looking for someone who can deliver a great branding with a punch in a minimalistic fashion.

How did you select this vendor?

We found Project mirage through a friend's recommendation after failing to work with 2 designers on Upwork. I personally reached out to my friend to ask who was their brand designer as I loved his company's branding

Started with requirement gathering meetings with a clear set of requirements given to them. They gave me a survey to fill out to gather more information. We agreed on deliverables and their timeline, including a timeline for any revisions. We agreed that some things will be done first and eventually paving the path for the next.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have a great brand image and fulfilled all of my requirements.

We had meetings on each deliverable (usually delivered within 24 hours), we communicated through Email and Whatsapp for ease and quick correspondence.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The way they turn your vague requirements into design was impressive. They address feedback and their initial design almost got approved after the first feedback round.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Invoicing could be improved and the bank account should be a company account instead of a personal one. But overall I had an amazing experience as quality is what matters.

I am the co-founder & CEO of The Link Developers. I manage the operations and major decisions during real estate & commercial project deals.

The Link is a young real estate company in Islamabad, aiming to launch flagship commercial projects. To market these projects and our brand we hired Mirage to develop a website cohesive with our website to provide our clients & investors easy access to project listings.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Mirage through a mutual connection and their Project Manager Ammar was convincing enough on the first call that we decided to go with them.

We had a short and concise call to discuss about our brand values and the feel that we wanted. Following that we got three major deliverables:

• Social Media Kit

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the website we got organic leads from new investors and connected with people interested in starting new investments.

We mainly communicated through Whats App as it was my preferred choice of communication which they respected. Ammar was quick in replying to any queries that I have and kept me updated through every small process of the project. I especially applaud them for giving each and every digital file I required in an organized Google Drive folder.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their focus on keeping me inside the loop and explaining every nitty gritty stuff in a simple way was amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had an additional revision in the Website phase which could've been improved through a refresher call. Other than, it was amazing working with them.
