As a lean company on a tight budget, we needed extra support in areas including digital marketing - handling both social media organic posts and advertisements, SEO, and extra graphic design help for banners and video production.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They offered a high touch working arrangement at low touch pricing. Their portfolio of work was also impressive.

We had an intensive onboarding process to allocate responsibility for various tasks, thereafter a weekly meeting to analyze the prior week's results & make adjustments, and agree the next week's tasks. We set up a whatsapp chat and have a lot of interaction, feedback and support 24/7 - including weekends.

We had one main contact point and he liaised with his SEO team, video production team, graphic designers etc. So it made the communication simple and effective - no crossed wires and confusion, based on a deep understanding of our business & goals.

Our website was created some years ago and outdated. Since we don't have any internal IT, we asked MARK&TING to upgrade so that it can be viewed via mobile phone and be more attractive. We also needed the advice on digital marketing.

We had a kick-off meeting via Zoom. We set the timeline of 3 months. MARK&TING had arranged video interview of the former students to include in the website.

It is much easier to navigate to other pages, to do the registration and see the student's reviews and pictures.

We had almost daily communication via e-mail and whatsapp since we had many questions and internal discussions. MARK&TING had patiently replied all our questions promtly.
