Project management has been good. I don't love Basecamp (which is what they use as a project management tool) but the team does a great job of keeping it organized which helps a ton. Diana is always extremely prompt in responding to our requests and transparent on timelines. The whole team is also very willing to be flexible in waiting for feedback when the bandwidth on my side is running a little short.

They clearly and easily explained a set of directions regarding the implementation. I was impressed with Clay's ability to think creatively about a highly technical problem.
