Our website although performing well was dated and over 10 years old and required re building.

We shortlisted 3 suppliers and chose Vision based on the presentation by Daniel. Vision seemed the best fit for what we were trying to achieve.

Website looks smart and a massive improvement from the old dated one. Too early to say if traffic has incresaed but we are hoping it will.

We found them easy to work with, professional, and creative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Felt the process was a bit rushed through at the end after Emily left but could we were not the quickest getting the information togther to be fair.

I am partner and CEO at Get Roadie. We are a US company based in Texas that provides full bar service, staffing and other rentals for high end events throughout the State.

We hired Visions to create two new websites for us, with a very tight timeline. Our goal was to have a creative, but clean site that would be very user friendly, and March our brand and personalities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We put a post out on LinkedIn and had several local vendors respond. We needed a highly creative team who would match our energy. No one came close to Vision. The choice was easy.

We had a kickoff meeting to set goals and objectives and then from there we would have regular weekly meetings to stay on track. The Visions team used a project management program that made communication super easy. All deliverables were always met on time and with ease.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our project manager Charlie, was our main contact and she truly kept everyone on track! Always super quick to respond to our needs and a pleasure to work with. We also had two designers on the project who were extremely talented, creative, and fast. Amazing team!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our sites we have seen a huge increase in web traffic and a spike in our social media numbers. Everyone who visits our sites tell us they can “feel the energy jump off the screen,” or “we feel like we already know you” after visiting the site. This is exactly what we were going for.

We had weekly meetings, interactive programs to communicate quickly and easily.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team embraced our project as if it was their own company. The joy and love for what they do is very evident, and it shines through to everything they touch. We never felt like we were “a number” or a project in a long line of other clients. We always felt like we were talking to partners, an extension of our own team.

Our previous website had disappeared due to old technology. We required a website to be created from scratch that reflected our brand identity and global reach. Design was incredibly important.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to Vision Design by someone else in their field. I decided to work with them following a previous very bad experience with a competitor who just didn't understand or couldn't deliver what we wanted. VD seemed to have the right focus on design along with build that we were looking for.

The project involved initial scope of design, multiple meetings to determine the right look and feel and a lot of collaboration to get the ideal site.

Our main point of contact through the project was Charlie, she worked with the internal design and build teams to ensure the project was on track and communication was clear and received.

We selected 5 providers that had been recommended to us and invited them to bid. We chose Visions based on the strength of their proposed design, value for money and we felt they would be easy to work alongside.

Our project was the design and build of a website including a brand refresh. The new website brought 3 other websites into 1. This also included integration of our vacancies system.

It is early stages in our Website launch but the feedback has been really positive so far.

Very effective, we had weekly meetings to enable everything to remain on track.

They really do have 'Vision' when it comes to design. Their ability to integrate our brand and vision into the website was exceptional.

There were a few delays but we were kept informed of these.

We wanted an agency in our area and have heard good things about Visions. We shortlisted 2 agencies and went with Visions due to their friendly approach and past experience.

Our LinkedIn follower have increased steadily over the last 9 months and continue to rise.

Visions is always proactive at making the most out of our social media project.

Going forward I think I would like to monitor more what competitors are doing and get some more ideas of what we can post.
