Great initial internal feedback, and our top customers already finding the website way more user friendly, and easier to discover more Innerspace products. Initial positive sales tool for our business development team.

All Deliverables were achieved on time. Some requested amendments in the development stages were forgot and had to be reminded a few times to implement. Good email communication throughout, all my initial concepts, briefing at the start of the project were actioned upon

They have an impressive design team that goes the extra mile in user research. The friendly, positive, approachable communication throughout.

Few requested development/design amendments were missed and had to be chased multiple times. Other than that, nothing else to report. Vision design were happy to tailor/juggle their overall project programme with our every launch set backs, and general capacity to supply content! :)

They were attentive, ensuring all of my requirements were met, and helped me articulate what I sought. Having never been involved in this kind of process before, I relied on them heavily and they did not disappoint. 

They kept me in the loop at all times, and double checked a few areas before providing samples of the work to ensure they had correctly understood what I was looking for.

The ease with which they worked, and the creativity of my slightly off the wall ideas and how that could be turned into a brand.

Made it clear from the outset who would be doing what areas of work. I got on really well with all of the team, but did get a bit confused when the people I originally spoke with were then not involved in other areas. The handover could have been more clear between departments, but that is only a minor thing.

A more comprehesive review of work drafts within the initial design team will be beneficial. Client repeatedly has to point outbugs andareas for improvement which would have been easily spotted and fixed by the capable team.
