Megethos was always on-time with their deliverables. We shared a Slack channel together where we could ping them and get what we needed. We almost always heard back on the same business day, and usually within 3-4 hours. If there was a high-priority matter, we DID have their phone number and were able to get on the line ASAP if needed. This was seldom necessary. They always showed up to client meetings and were prepared. We had a very high level of trust in the work they were doing, so there were RARELY any moments with the client where we seemed under-prepared.
