INCREASE AWARENESS AND BUILD BRAND EQUITY IN THE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNITY
RMLEFCU has an extremely narrow field of membership making digital advertising challenging.
Red Egg Marketing created a social media contest where members, and potential members, had to complete social media actions to earn entries into a drawing.
The campaign drove traffic to RMLEFCU’s social profiles and grew their following on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube as well as collected emails for marketing. The contest used word-of-mouth marketing to create a buzz in the law enforcement community and grew brand awareness for the credit union. The winning department received a visit from a local Colorado food truck, which in itself was a priceless business development opportunity.

GENERATE DEMAND TO LEASE 100% OF 5-BUILDING ATLANTA LOFT OFFICE DEVELOPMENT
EpiCity Real Estate Services purchased a property for an adaptive reuse commercial development called Armour Junction. This five-building collection of office/industrial product was their largest adaptive reuse project to date. They engaged Red Egg Marketing to create the brand for the property, develop the website, and design and implement a marketing strategy for lease up.
We developed a logo, website, and all supplemental marketing materials for the property including a creative monument sign built in conjunction with local artisans. The property was promoted through many traditional commercial real estate channels but to build more momentum for the property we designed and implemented a comprehensive email marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategy.
As a result of our real estate marketing strategies, the property was 70% leased up before construction completed and 100% leased up soon after. Lead flow was consistent throughout the lease up period and demand continues to be strong. Armour Junction remains a highly desirable Class A loft office complex in Atlanta.
EpiCity has been continually working with Red Egg Marketing since 2012.

FULL-SCALE MARKETING STRATEGY TO INCREASE EVENT BOOKINGS AND STRENGTHEN BRAND IDENTITY
Archetype Distillery needed a reliable marketing agency to manage a wide variety of digital and print marketing services for them. They engaged Red Egg Marketing to organize their current marketing efforts and develop and implement a marketing strategy going forward. They needed to drive more customers to their distillery, book more events, and increase pull-through for their retail liquor sales.
Red Egg Marketing quickly got to work and developed and implemented a full-scale inbound and outbound marketing strategy to achieve Archetype Distillery’s goals. We designed and developed a new website that included an online shop, a tour booking system, a retailer locator, and an events calendar. We drove inbound traffic to their website through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads campaigns, targeted a geofenced audience on social media, and instituted an email marketing strategy. We also provided Archetype Distillery with significant graphic design and branding support including designing custom boxes for distribution, creating menus, and designing apparel for their shop.
Our local SEO and Google Ads efforts combined with programmatic social media advertising drastically increased tasting room visitors and sales within a few months. As a direct result of our strategy to increase weddings and events, all weekends in December during our first holiday season were completed booked and within a few months weddings for the next summer were already booking.

CREATE A WEBSITE WITH E-COMMERCE AND INTEGRATED MUSEUM ADMISSIONS TICKETING CAPABILITIES
The American Museum of Western Art needed a new E-Commerce website. The old website was not mobile-friendly and had a complicated checkout system. The challenge with this project was developing an E-Commerce website that could sell products as well as tickets for events, while still utilizing an easy-to-use content management system. Previously two different platforms were used; one for events and one for the online store. The old website required a visitor to checkout twice using two different interfaces if they wished to purchase a ticket to the museum and an item from the online gift shop.
We decided on building a WordPress website and using the WooCommerce selling platform to create a custom E-Commerce solution so visitors could purchase a ticket and a product in a single transaction using a user-friendly interface. We added other slick features to the website including a robust historic timeline for teachers and museum guests spanning from 1776-2010.
The museum has been very happy with their new website. Ticket and E-Commerce store sales have increased since the website redesign. The museum uses Red Egg Marketing for website maintenance, support, and website hosting. We also developed an implemented an email marketing strategy to promote special programs which has significantly increased repeat visits and event attendance.

GENERATE DEMAND TO SELL 10-UNIT ATLANTA LUXURY TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT BEFORE CONSTRUCTION
Epic Development was building a 10-unit luxury townhome development in Atlanta. In 2012, the real estate market was still very tough. They hired Red Egg Marketing to market the properties hoping for sales soon after the project was completed.
Red Egg Marketing devised and implemented an innovative marketing strategy consisting of social media and email marketing. We built a highly targeted list of over 250 interested buyers and real estate agents and marketed to them over the course of a few months. Due to the enormous demand for the townhomes, the real estate developer was able to sell all 10 units above the asking price with fixture upgrades before a shovel ever struck ground for construction.
Epic Development has continued to hire us for additional real estate projects of varying sizes. We have coordinated the branding and marketing on multiple real estate developments including the 24-unit townhome project Four15 Stacks. This project included the development of a logo and video paired with a PR campaign which pushed the prospect ratio to 30:1. Four15 Stacks was also completely sold out before construction was completed.

DRAMATICALLY INCREASE RESIDENTIAL HOUSE PAINTING LEADS WITH GOOGLE ADS AND SEO
Residential and commercial painting is an extremely competitive industry with only a few major players in Denver. The majority of their inbound leads were from Yelp due to a 5-star rating. However, Yelp changed their algorithm and filtered a whopping 180 positive reviews! Paint Denver needed a marketing strategy to increase their online visibility and increase their lead flow coming from Google search, and fast.
Red Egg Marketing built and optimized a geofenced Google Ads campaign to send inbound Google search queries to the website. We made optimizations to the website including designing new landing pages and building new contact forms. At the same time, we started a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaign to drive organic inbound traffic for competitive keywords with great search volume.
The pay-per-click strategy helped Paint Denver quickly become competitive in Google search while the organic SEO strategy positioned Paint Denver as a leader in Denver for residential and commercial painting. In just 10 weeks, Paint Denver’s Google search visibility increased by over 32% and by over 120% in just 10 months. Website conversions from search increased by 37% year over year contributing to a significant growth in revenue.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Owner of Collective Mind Technologies. At Collective Mind Technologies, we support small businesses with creative and technology solutions.
For what projects/services did your company hire Red Egg Marketing?
We hired Red Egg Marketing to develop a branding guide for us and create a brand new website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We researched different companies online and met with a couple other marketing firms. We appreciated Red Egg's attention to detail and taking their time to understand our company and our needs. They were flexible and provided options for our new website.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started off with an informational call with the owner, Ryan. He was very accommodating to our needs and promptly provided a proposal for our project. Once we signed on to work with them, we scheduled a meeting with their team to talk about our branding and get a feel for our company and our ideal customer.
As soon as the branding guide was complete, we met with them again to go over all of the details and gave us opportunities for any edits and questions. Then we got started with the website build out. This started with a site map, then copy for each page, content for each page and review of a mock up site. At each step of the way, they gave us time to provide feedback and input. Then once everything was approved on our end we went ahead with launching the site!
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with 3 different people directly. Ryan E.- Owner, Angie Q.- Marketing Manger, and Alyson R.- Graphic Designer. Jacob L., their Web Developer, helped create our website, but we didn't work with him directly.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We just launched our new site about a week ago, so we don't have any specific data to share. We have gotten great feedback so far. We also feel it has done a much better job showcasing the variety of services we offer than our previous website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Red Egg was always very communicative, updating us each stage of the process. They were also patient with us while we created content for the new site and giving us ample time to review their progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were impressed with their attention to detail, ability to create a customized website within our budget and building a relationship with us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No areas of improvement that we can think of.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and managing partner of H1H2 Capital, a Boston-based real estate investment firm. We help individuals with alternative investments in real estate.
What challenge were you trying to address with Red Egg Marketing?
We needed help with developing our branding and website. As finance people, we don’t have a great eye for design. We knew where we wanted to go, but we didn’t know how to get there. Thus, we hired Red Egg to help us out.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Red Egg has helped us design our branding, including our logo, fonts, and color palettes, and they’ve also built our website from scratch. Initially, we were bringing on a professional athlete, so we needed them to build our website fast so that we could show validation about who we were. Thus, Red Egg helped us develop our website in less than a week.
In addition to developing our website, Red Egg helped us put together a 30-second video and place it at the top part of our page. This is a full HD lifestyle video that shows what we do. It also has areal shots of Boston, Nantucket, and other places we invest money in.
Red Egg also helps us with all our design work as needed. The deliverables have included filters for our social media pages — including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, infographics, and more. Additionally, they provide website maintenance.
For every project, we give them direction on what we expect for the outcome, and they provide us with various options on how to get there. For the most part, we lean on them for ideas, design, and execution. Basically, we go to them for every need, and they take care of it so that we don’t have to lift a finger. Then, we simply send them a check at the end of the month.
Four years have passed since Red Egg built our original website. Over time, we’ve brought new people into our team, so we’ve recently decided that it’s time to update our website to include some of our new teammates. Red Egg is now helping us with the redesign project.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with Ryan (Owner), Alyson (Lead Graphic Designer), and some other people from Red Egg’s team. Alyson is the person we work the most with.
How did you come to work with Red Egg Marketing?
I found Ryan on LinkedIn and liked the content his agency showed — I thought it aligned well with what we were trying to do. Then, I sent inquiries to about 10 different agencies, including Red Egg, and Ryan got back to me within 30 minutes. Some agencies didn’t reply, and others told us that they didn’t have time for our project. However, Ryan showed real interest in working with us.
In addition to that, they presented a great model where they explained exactly what was needed to accomplish the project so that we didn’t have to worry about paying a monthly fee or spending a lot of money and not getting what we wanted. They ensured that we would get what we were looking for before paying them anything.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Red Egg has done a fantastic job at getting us from point A to point B while describing the journey along the way and guiding us in making joint decisions. They’ve built out a whole strategy with us, ensuring that every outcome was exactly what we were thinking it would be.
Before working with Red Egg, our website had a very high bounce rate, and the conversion rate was miraculous. Moreover, we didn’t have many people finding our website because we’re in a highly regulated industry by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). However, since working with Red Egg, we’ve quickly converted visitors into leads. Now, at least 80% of our visitors have become leads, a result unheard of in the industry.
We’ve also started showing the new website design and received great feedback about Red Egg’s work, so we’ll probably push a lot more business to them. Moreover, the video they created is very compelling and shows clients the market we care most about and the market they would be investing in if they joined us. It is my favorite piece.
How did Red Egg Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Red Egg is the best in project management; they keep us in the loop every day. Still, from a project management standpoint, they don’t need to do much because they’re very efficient. Basically, they’re a turnkey agency that offers white-glove treatment, and the velocity at which they deliver projects is impressive.
The other day, we asked them to create social media filters quickly. Within four hours, they provided us with the designs in transparent files so that we could upload them seamlessly, and we requested no changes because the designs were perfect.
Moreover, Our website redesign was supposed to be launched on March 1st, 2023 — it was supposed to be a six-week project. However, Red Egg has flowed through the project so seamlessly that I believe the site will be done by the end of January 2023. It’s crazy how quickly they’ve worked.
Ryan is fantastic to work with. He’s very soft-spoken and does a great job of listening to our needs. We’ve always felt that we’re the only client he’s talking to at any particular time. I can always text or call him at any time, and he always responds.
As for other collaboration tools, they use a project management one with my business partner to show progress. Additionally, we use email as our main communication tool. My inbox is always filled with updates from Ryan or Alyson.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Red Egg has very talented developers. Usually, it’s very hard to find someone to take the client’s vision and make it a reality, and it’s also hard to find people who listen to their needs. However, Red Egg does a good job on both fronts, so I’ve actually referred them to a couple of friends, family, and business owners.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything Red Egg could improve on. We usually move from companies very quickly if they don’t perform as we need them to. The fact that we’ve stuck with Red Egg for so long means that we haven’t found anything negative about them at this point.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
As long as you give them enough detail, Red Egg will build anything for you, so ensure to give them as much detail as you can.

What did you find most impressive about them?
Red Egg always delivers. Their team always accomplishes what they promise to accomplish.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not at all. It would be great if they could make Google cheaper.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of community at eVelo Properties. We’re a real estate developer and property management company. We do residential, co-working, office space, and retail. I primarily handle the co-working spaces.
What challenge were you trying to address with Red Egg Marketing?
We originally brought them on to do marketing for our coworking space. Now, they do marketing for all four of our company’s branches. We needed to get leads for the coworking spaces, apartment, townhomes, and condos.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handle all of our digital marketing including our website, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Right now, we’re working on a campaign for the local neighborhood. They’re creating door hangers and other marketing collateral.
We work collaboratively. First, we have a brainstorming session to bring ideas to life. We explain what we’d like, and they come back to show us what they’ve come up with. Together, we make edits. As for the website, they’re handling everything, and we’re providing feedback.
What is the team composition?
Primarily, I work with four individuals but I also work with their whole team.
How did you come to work with Red Egg Marketing?
They were one of my tenants in a coworking space that I ran.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested about $75,000–$100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement started in July 2019.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been amazing. There was a quick increase in leads from the second we started working with them. Their team has a great awareness of what we’re doing. They’re all-hands-on-deck and creative. They hit the ground running with anything we need.
The Red Egg Marketing team is easy to work with and full of really good people. They do a good job of following up. They take it upon themselves to achieve whatever we ask and make it happen.
How did Red Egg Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management has been great. They’re easy to get ahold of. Just the other day, I sent an email about a marketing idea and received a phone call from them in 30 seconds. They’re receptive to feedback and send us monthly reports. In-person meetings are useful for checking in.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a personal touch and it’s evident because they genuinely care and want to help. It feels like they’re an internal marketing team instead of a third-party one.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you work with them, you’re set up for success right off the bat.
