We worked with KlientBoost to build various paid campaigns across search, Google and Bing, and social, Facebook and LinkedIn. We are currently running multiple campaigns on all platforms and iterating as it makes sense to shift spend.

What was the team composition?

We've had two account teams, working with Maleri and Cody at first and now we're working with Quinten and Daniel. The transition was totally smooth and there haven't been any big changes to the output or quality of work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our paid campaigns drive a significant amount of our MQLs and works really well within our greater marketing strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate in a variety of ways, through email, Slack, and Asana. Our teams also meet twice a month to get a full rundown on the different campaign performance and what's coming up for the following month.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KB is filled with knowledgable and friendly folks. They are just a super solid partner and we trust their opinions when it comes to this stuff!

We began with a general meeting to discuss what we wanted. KlientBoost then went back and with that information and analyzed all of our current set ups, analytics and process in regards to PPC campaigns, strategy and setup.

They produced a very impressive report detailing what they would do and how they intended to meet specific goals. After approval, they began the work meeting with us once a week to go over the project.

They also kept us very up to date with various emails and updates on the project. We have meet a number of goals but each week continue to create new one and move forward in an ongoing relationship.

We have a dedicated lead that I work with who is a fantastic communicator. They also assign a designer to work with the team on any creatives needed. Other members of the team are looped in as needed.

We have had increased ROIS, revenue and orders. They have really taken our Adwords strategy to another level.

$100K/mo additional revenue so far on google, one split test so far is a 7% improvement in conversion rate so that'd be huge for us.

Easy communication, quick response and a call every other weeek

Their communication and their work - they successfully scaled our ad accounts and have a winning test about done now!

Just need to find more winning tests. It's a numbers game, though.

After choosing KlientBoost as our agency, they executed a technical audit of our social media account which we happily had to update based on their recommendations.

They were able to change our ads that the previous agency left them. After the audit was completed KlientBoost quickly created ads and landing pages while also continually optimizing our campaigns.

We communicate closely with Haley, our account manager, and Sara, our project manager lead. We have a few more on the team that takes care of ads, creatives, etc but I am happy to stick to communicating with one person.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since starting with KlientBoost end of November we have seen a double to triple increase in evaluations and also a decrease in the daily budget limit. This has been a win-win!

I was impressed that they were very data-driven and understood that the healthcare sector worked quite differently from the typical b2c and b2bs out there. I am also very happy with their quick replies!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have patients coming in through our digital channels, google and social media. Sessions/traffic from Google analytics definitely increased and was higher than 2019.

We mostly use email to communicate, but also implemented Slack for faster communication just in case we need specific things handled on a timely basis. We have access to Asana and have a bi-weekly check in.

Their level of professionalism, their flexibility and willingness to work around our limited budget (due to covid) is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Learning more about the company and brand. We have a very specific branding and voice and we wanted that to be properly translated in ads.

We operate in a very crowded space. We generally need to give any new marketing campaign 6 months - 1 year. We need time to accurately determine if our efforts are working and we usually require quarterly review with KlinentBoost.

KlientBoost works with both large national accounts and small customers. We are a small company with a limited budget. KlientBoost gives us superior customer support and truly helps us maximize our limited add budget,

We worked with KlientBoost to build out the structure of our Google Ads account essentiality from scratch. The scope of the project was quite broad and consisted of multiple aspects.

They conducted keyword research, created/designed ads, built landing pages, and optimized campaigns to achieve consistent trial signups while taking in our feedback and business knowledge.

Our KlientBoost team consisted of two resources an Enterprise Account Manager and a Lead Designer. After an initial onboarding period, we met on a fortnightly basis for a strategy session where together we reviewed our progress and set actions for both KlientBoost and ourselves.

KlientBoost were able to grow trial signups from qualified leads significantly while achieving an effective cost per conversion. We are now able to expand on the great structure KlientBoost has set up for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The KlientBoost team are great partners that are not afraid to provide constructive feedback. They showed genuine interest in our mission and worked hard to understand the competitive landscape. The team communicated with us using all the tools we use (e.g., Slack, Zoom & Figma) while also working with our Australian time zone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KlientBoost is a thought leader in the field of PPC and shares their extensive knowledge/experience every step of the way. The team worked with our team as partners and gave us the ability to repeat the processes they had set up for us. Our Account Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helped us iterate and experiment until we got it right. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

For a fast-paced startup such as ours, at times, KlientBoost could over-commit to tasks/deadlines and either not achieve these or require to follow up.

Results - we improved month-over-month with the number of qualified leads and saw a decrease in cost / qualified lead. Learning and iterating to remove inefficient spend. We ended up signing 18 new customers in 2020, blowing away our goal!

Our project manager was highly knowledgable and we had a good workflow. We scheduled updates every other week, and were on Slack and email for reviews and such.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I love how they bring new ideas and experience from other clients and industries. This let’s us reduce the time to get to critical mass of new qualified leads. It challenges us to think a bit outside the box. I also really like how they are very data-driven, but not without qualitative judgment.

Areas for improvement - it would be nice to offer additional creative services, such as creating eBooks, data sheets, or other graphics / assets.

We selected Klientboost after reviewing several PPC agency proposals. It all came down to the fact that Klientboost offered top level creative design with their PPC management services, for a reasonable price point.

While working with Klientboost, we consistently hit our KPI targets. Specifically, lead volume and cost per leads targets where achieved. Additionally, their design team delivered great quality landing pages and creatives on time.

With Klientboost, every month we would set volume and cost targets, but we would organize tasks on a weekly basis, so every week, on a 30-60 minute call, we would quickly review the prior week's KPIs, and then plan our next steps for the following week. Communication was mainly through email and skype. Our account manager was generally open to hoping into an un-scheduled call, in case plans changed in between weekly calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Klientboost team was very professional. Communication with them was never a problem, as their emails were always very well structured, clear, and on time. However what we appreciated the most as a company, where their creative design inputs. Their design team is very strong, they brought new ideas to the table and implemented them very quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Paid search performance was strong with Klientboost, but we had our hopes up with the Google Display Network as well, and unfortunately, we never quite cracked this channel throughout our relationship.

I worked for a garage door repair and installation company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro. I was the sole, full-time marketing person for the company and my job was to get leads for their services.

We wanted to decrease the cost per lead through better PPC management and/or increased Conversion Rate from the landing pages.

How did you select KlientBoost?

KB teaches everything they do, so I had know about them and utilized their tactics for well over a year on my own. When it came time to focus on other areas of the marketing, I wanted to turn the PPC over to an agency and KB was the obvious choice.

Full PPC management, including strategy, ad creation, bid setting, location targeting, ad scheduling, etc... We allowed them to change or manipulate anything they thought would be helpful.

The second part of their job was to create and optimize the landing pages that were used for the PPC clicks. Again, they had full control to do whatever they wanted to the landing pages as long as they thought it would help achieve a lower Cost Per Lead over the long run.

What was the team composition?

I had one main point of contact who I had calls/emails with on a regular basis to discuss progress and strategy. This was the same person that was actually doing the PPC management and (I believe) overseeing the CRO of the landing pages.

I also know that he had access to an entire group of other experts at KB who could help him if needed and they all met once a week to discuss, as a group, any accounts that needed extra attention.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The conversion rate of the landing pages they created went from 9-12% to over 20%. They cut Cost Per Lead in half. We already had a pretty low CPL, compared to the industry average, so their performance was excellent.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was excellent across the board. Phone and email were enough to facilitate the relationship, but occasionally did a screen share so that we would both be looking at the same thing and there would be no confusion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

KlientBoost gives all their secrets away. They have excellent blogs and teaching material that shows how they do what they do, so marketers like myself can help our own clients.

Honestly, none come to mind right now.
