After we selected KlientBoost, we went through a series of discovery calls to level-set on goals, expectations, and the creative and targeting processes. KlientBoost handled creating our paid media landing pages, and they set up our targeting specifications. They continue to monitor and report on our key metrics, and make adjustments/recommendations to optimize our spend.

I've worked closely with Kyle Durkan, our account manager from KlientBoost. We've also been assisted by Tiffany Tran in terms of creative from the KlientBoost side.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning work with KlientBoost, we've seen conversions (demos booked) and impressions rise significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account manager we were assigned is proactive in their approach and provides regular optimization and testing recommendations. We connect once a week on a Zoom call and use a Slack channel for regular communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their proactive approach and willingness to test new copies have helped boost our paid media efforts significantly. It's also helped keep our team honest in completing action items in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only recommendation (other than speed of requests fulfilled) is an up-to-date dashboard with weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics that I can use to report out to the rest of the team.

I started working with them in April 2020 and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They were able to increase traffic to my site by about 30%. They’re very good.

How did KlientBoostperform from a project management standpoint?

They’re responsive and communicative. They listen to us and what we need. We had to pivot mid-way through the project and they adjusted to our needs. Originally, we were focused on driving traffic to landing pages, but we decided the best course of action was on-site SEO.

We used Asana, which let me see what they were working on in real-time. We also have an update call every two weeks. Their communication methods were very effective.

The results speak for themselves. They deliver quality work.

Their prices aren’t cheap, but they’re fair. Overall, they’re doing everything right.

We’re looking at the number of new customers and the CPA for each of those customers.

Since they use Asana, we started using that internally.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their knowledge of Facebook is impressive. We’ve worked with other agencies that had the strategy, but they weren’t able to deliver results.

KlientBoost told us exactly what they were going to do, and they delivered. We saw the results.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re interested in testing other different campaign strategies to see what will work. That’s something we would want to accelerate a bit. Testing out ideas more quickly would be a good thing to start.

Set very clear objectives. Make sure they know exactly what you’re looking for so there won’t be any confusion.

Our challenge is that the traditional agent tries to hold listing information as a barrier to entry and collects "leads" to prospected and convince them they are the right person to work with. The optimize and test marketing messages through google search ads. They have helped with CRO to maximize return on ad spend for a particular goal and optimized landing pages not just on a cost per lead basis but also taking into account the type of quality leads they have generated.

I have had the same amazing ad development team from the start. The primary account rep meets with me monthly to cover anything we need to discuss, test or change. Her direct supervisor checks in but is unnecessary.

I know she leverages the rest of her team to answer any questions I might have or find solutions for our outcomes.

We have generated thousands of contacts that have created dozens of future clients. Just now, we are working with 8 individuals to achieve their real estate goals. they have helped lower lead cost but also identify higher quality opportunities.

They run their project management through Asana and I actually already used the system so it was a very easy transition. Without any knowledge of the system, you would still be able to adapt quickly to their organization of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The systematic organization of everything they do. Companies can strive for some of the customer service practices that KB has used during our time partnering.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything has been great, I couldn't ask for more on the marketing side. Having a deeper understanding of what has worked for other real estate teams in similar markets would be great but they can't do everything for you!

They exceeded all the goals that we collectively set with KlientBoost. We expected an improvement of over 20% in our lead volume and we were able to hit over 35% increase in the newly originated leads.

They meet the timelines that we set together. They have good online platforms to have a transparent process and we have weekly online zoom meetings to go over the results and share feedback with each other.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have an experienced team with proven work methods that they follow to guarantee the results. It is difficult to quantify the improvements with most competitive firms and they have great systems in place to make it happen.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really an area for improvement but we plan to add more of their services to our mix to support the results and expand the partnership. We are talking to their related team members about video production and email campaigns.

How did you select KlientBoost?

Extensive research and vetting on sites like this. They had incredibly solid reviews and as I like to see, practiced what they preach. Ultimately though, it was their business systems, clear communication, and upfront contract that sold me over a competitor that I'd originally been leaning towards.

Monthly retainer plus percentage of ad spend. They launched our ad accounts, built out the custom audiences, landing pages, and ads. Part of the challenge was that we were selling a legitimately germicidal product during a time where the ad platforms were restricting similar products.

What was the team composition?

While I worked with a lot of their team, the vast majority of communication was through our stellar account manager (Kyle). We had short weekly calls during the first few months of our engagement which fit my extremely busy schedule perfectly and helped prevent things from falling behind schedule.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Achieved upwards of 13 ROAS during the Christmas season, and averaged around 5-6 during the slower parts of the year. Overcame the initial challenges with account creation during a volatile time

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Perhaps the thing I appreciated most about Klientboost, aside from the people, was the strong communication system in place to insure that everyone was on the same page and things were transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Similar to the previous comment, it was the strong policies and communication steps that Klientboost has built into their culture. These fostered strong working relationships that helped us succeed.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I know they're working on this now, but we'd like to have seen a greater marriage between ad management and content creation. Ultimately the bottleneck for our growth was our lack of content.

From there, our team members were identified and we provided them with our goals and brand guidelines. KlientBoost put together a lead gen campaign with a dedicated landing page, creative assets, and set targeting/budget.

Since working with KlientBoost, we have increased our overall lead volume and qualified lead volume from social tremendously. Our engagement on social has also dramatically increased.

The most impressive thing about KlientBoost is their industry experience, their streamlined processes, and their desire to constantly test and try new initiatives.

So far, we've had a really good experience working with KlientBoost and don't have any feedback in regards to room for improvement.

KlientBoost helped us dissect our existing campaigns and determine what was working, what was not, and what new strategies needed to be implemented to get us to our goals. On top of the overhaul of our ads, KB was instrumental in introducing the value of landing pages to our company.

They were able to marry our complicated form forwarding process with a beautiful landing page that has been converting like crazy.

All of our campaign metrics have improved dramatically since making the switch to KB. We believe this to be due to a combination of KB's efforts on our campaigns and the addition of landing their pages to our PPC strategy.

Most direct communication is with our Account Manager. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and organized. We have a weekly scheduled call in which we review ongoing test, current metrics, and action items. We also communicate via email throughout the week if any more immediate needs arise. Responses are always timely, and project timelines are always reasonable.

KB gives you an organized team that works together with a keen focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.

I cannot think of anything I would have them do differently.

We hired KlientBoost to help us set the foundation for our paid efforts, in particular in the SEM and PPC space. Our goals were to work with them to learn about our opportunities and set the basis for our future paid growth.

We looked at which firms had the best reviews, those that came highly recommended, and those that took the time to get to know our business and goals.

We were in the beginning stages of looking into SEM and PPC, and they helped us create our strategy, do keyword research, and set up the end to end process our ads would then follow.

They worked closely with our team to develop a paid marketing strategy that worked with our budget and matched our designs to their landing pages. Our account manager checked in with us at a minimum once a week to let us know of our progress and even created custom dashboards so we could follow along.

The assigned an account manager, a designer, a copywriter, and a few extra people based on our needs. The account manager was our most common point of contact.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with them, we've been able to establish our base foundation for paid acquisition and have worked to improve our conversion month over month. We've gone from 0 paid leads to over 80+ consistently in just a short few months.

They've been great at managing and working within a brand new industry. We have lots of industry-specific speak that they've gone out of their way to learn and adapt to in their campaigns. In addition to this, they've been very responsive to any last-minute changes or are open to feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate their hands-on and friendly approach. Their team really cares about their relationships with their clients and it shows in the way they handle requests and explain each campaign they're working on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a fast growing team, communication is key. A clear feedback loop on when new members are joining or new people assigned to our account is always great – adding a bit more of a lead time for changes like these would be great in the future.

We selected KlientBoost hoping that we'd get a dedicated team to accomplish our goals in a timely manner and work weekly to optimize ad performance.

We first met with a sales rep who was very easy to work with through contract negotiation. After selecting KB, we were contracted to have an account manager and a designer assigned to us.

Our account manager worked on setting up new ad channels and did a diligent job with our accounts and getting ads approved and running. It took a lot longer than expected to get ads on all the channels, but over all, we have been happy with the time and dedication our account manager spends with us.

What was the team composition?

We only work with our account manager and he sometimes works with a designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with KB, sales from paid ads has increased to account for 20% of our total revenue. Basically, KB manages our ads now on Facebook and Google and we see good return that's worth the investment. We also enjoy working with our account manager who is always helpful and easy to get a hold of. However, we thought we'd be getting more services from KB including accurate reporting (still lacking), higher quality design support, and quicker turnaround for channel setup.

After over a month of issues trying to secure creative design from KB, our account manager said they don't usually provide a lot of creative, and it was very unclear why the sales rep and our contract promised us this. The low quality design and lack of creative material was where KB fell short.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager is very easy to communicate with and consistently provides short weekly email updates and longer bi-weekly calls. We are happy with their level of support.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are impressed by our project manager's understanding of Facebook Ads and his determination to improve FB performance. He is also quick to troubleshoot and fix things that require his expertise. Additionally, we appreciate his consistent and clear communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sales should spend more time understanding client needs and expectations before drafting contracts that KB cannot fulfill. When the sales rep promised us we'd have a designer to create ads for us, we expected that- However, this contracted promise was not fulfilled in a way that met our expectations: we did not have a dedicated designer and the designer that our project manager was able to get some help from did not provide quality work.

Finally, the lead designer for the design team was put on our case and was able to provide some designs that worked better. We also expected detailed and accurate reporting. While we have reporting from the social platforms we advertise on, the reporting from KB is inaccurate and too high level to analyze.
