For what projects/services did your company hire Elevated Marketing Solutions?

As a local water treatment company (C and J Water) competing with longtime National brands it was an uphill battle to gain our footing in the market. One project we enlisted Elevated Marketing to help us with was to gain a stronger presence in the digital space utilizing content creation and various ads hitting audiences at different spots in the funnel.

EV was recommended by another friend/vendor.

EV can help with practically any area of marketing. They excel in content curation and creation as well as design and strategy. They do an excellent job keeping up with all the industry changes and have guided us through a sometimes overwhelming landscape of options and tools. They have also been an enormous help at bringing our brand up in ranking with their SEO and content strategies. Not to mention helping us make our websites the best they can on the front and backend.

What was the team composition?

Owner/Principle and a couple strategists, designer and developer when we first got started, but have since expanded.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen our sales grow at least 20% a year in the last two years working with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

If I could use one word it would be: Responsive. A lot of agencies I've worked with are very slow to respond or have a limited capacity to give you the attention we need. I attribute this to Jennifer leadership in putting the client first over her company own company growth. If she doesn't think she can adequately meet the needs of her clients, she won't expand. She as grown her team and client load at an appropriate pace in my opinion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jennifer is one of the few agency leaders I've worked with who actually practices what she preaches with integrity. She's humble and honest but tough as nails who gets the job done!

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I am not thinking of anything at the moment.

Our websites has been in business for over 15 years. We hired Elevated Marketing Solutions to design back end of our shopify website. They have brought more traffic to our website and have worked hard on designing home pages and drop downs.

We searched online for web designers. Elevated Marketing solutions was the best choice for our needs and has been a win for us in every aspect of our business. They always have the solution we need and are very attentive.

We had a kickoff meeting on our objectives and goals we want to meet. They have hit every goal and delivered us results. We have weekly/monthly meetings and set new goals and continue our process.

Always have a project manager with a few more employees. Owner is always on calls and with great ideas that she brings to the table.

We have had an increase of sales and more foot traffic to our website.

We have weekly/monthly calls with project manager and owner and they have delivered on every goal that we have set.

They are always responsive and get what needs to be done completed.
