BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner, developer, and creator of Katharos School of Aesthetics in Lexington, Kentucky. We are the first and only stand-alone aesthetics school in Kentucky. Our school facilitates the education and training for those who become licensed estheticians.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Creekmore Marketing, and what were your goals?

Emma Brown helped my vision and philosophy come together, and be presented to the public. Her intuitive creativity and ability to work with me as a client and a new business owner was outstanding. Opening a new business, especially one like mine, that had not be done before in our state, was the most daunting challenge I have ever faced!

Emma designed a logo for my business that encompassed my vision, goals, and reflected my personal objectives as well. I could not have had any better design that what she created!

Creekmore Marketing was highly recommended to me by a small business development group in Lexington.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

No knowing how to begin with a marketing strategy, I knew I had to get my name and business in "lights" while appearing polished, sophisticated, and professional. I met with several members of the team at Creekmore who gently but assertively guided me through carefully utilizing Social Media, and marketing my brand of excellence in esthetics education.

I was ecstatic with the development of my LOGO, the landing page, and my social media platforms that Emma designed!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Largely due to Creekmore Marketing and Graphic Designer, Emma Brown, my school successfully launched enrollment in October 2019, and we have since graduated 3 classes of licensed estheticians. In fact, the next two sessions of classes have reached maximum enrollment and we have a waiting list as well.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Working with Creekmore was a painless experience. Having never worked with a professional marketing group, I was very apprehensive about not knowing what I needed to know to brand and build my school. However, the enviroment, tone, and atmosphere at Creekmore was always extremely comfortable and supportive, which, is the key to creating design, at least from my perspective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I fully trusted their guidance and professional advice. I visited two other teams in Lexington, and Emma's professionalism, energy, and dedication far outweighs what I experienced with the other firms.
