Our project manager is very responsive. She’s available anytime we need it. They have met tight deadlines, like for this ad we just did. They worked with us to get it done on the same day and even provided four options to choose from. The hallmark of good project management is that you don't see all of the background work required to get you the final product. I explain what we’re looking for to our project manager. She asks clarifying questions. Once she understands it, they build it and she presents it to me. There are a lot of steps involved from the explanation to a finished product but I don’t see them. They’re very good at working together without the client having to push them.

We contacted them with minimal time and money, and yet they came in and finished the backend of the website for us in a remarkably short period. Our teams collaborated almost daily, coming up with development tasks, and finishing them in record time. Nothing was lost in translation, which was surprising given how late they jumped in the game. They have a very meticulous process and some driven people who take serious ownership over their work, and it definitely shows. They worked relentlessly to help us complete this project on time and within budget, which was phenomenal. A portion of the work overlapped with the holidays and yet they were able to muster a team of developers capable of putting together some features at the very last minute.

If we have questions or concerns, they’re great at clarifying. We have weekly calls that provide us with updates from the developers themselves. We also do leadership check-ins to make sure everything is running healthily. Otherwise, we communicate mostly over email. We have a lot of touchpoints, and I’m very happy with their responsiveness on all fronts. Their development resources are great, and we never struggle to access them. The team accommodates us when we can’t meet a start date or deadline, allowing us to pivot while making sure we’re quickly staffed and ready to go. I don’t think so. They’re quick to jump on tasks and reaching out is easy.

I work with so many vendors and get all these sales pitches, which are great. But, then, when the deliverable comes, it doesn't quite match. I feel like I have to fill in many of the gaps myself. I don't need to do that with Skyhook. They're just truthful, honest hard workers. They don't have to do things 90 times with 70 phone calls. For me, Skyhook Interactive is all about trust and reliability.
