Monkee-Boy redesigned & redeveloped our organization's website from the ground up, creating a unique experience that sets us apart from the pack and allowed our team to easily manage ongoing content changes. Key deliverables include site strategy, content audits, information architecture, responsive site design, content migration & loading, website development & testing, domain redirects, and DNS management/hosting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Happy customers and staff - we are finally so proud of our site that we happily to send our new site to everyone we can. The new site has decreased the amount of time it takes to make updates, we've received increased visits/donations/volunteers, and overall are just incredibly happy with the outcome.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project manager was awesome, super organized, and very communicative. They had all of the answers without having to go back to the team. They were always one step ahead and were, candidly, always waiting on our staff for deliverables. This being said, they were very patient and understanding with our delays.
