With the addition of full Scrum teams we went through the normal Forming/Storming process across teams and after a couple of Sprints have hit a solid cadence. The teams work collaboratively with internal teams and lead or participate in all typical ceremonies - daily stand-ups, weekly scrum of scrums, roadmap planning, story review, etc. In addition we hold a weekly executive project call. Throughout the day teams leverage Slack and Zoom for various 1x1 or team calls. Overall, the communication and working relationship has been excellent.

If you work with other firms, they have a thousand rules: you can't convert our people, you have to give us notice on this, you have to follow our methodology, or we can't put them on site so they have to work remotely at our office. TechSparq was completely flexible. For staff augmentation, they asked me, "How do you see the world?" and then provided their input. But whatever I decided on, they worked with me.

TECKpert are very hands-on. They have a number of qualified project managers, and I like it that they assign one relationship manager – one person that will work with us throughout an entire project. The first thing is very much an intangible – the people at TECKpert are excited about what we do. Either they're good at pretending or they are interested – either way, it works for me. I can pop into TECKpert's office anytime, sit down, and they'll explain those things to me. I'm definitely not tech-savvy, but I feel the money I'm spending is being spent wisely because I can see results.
