The team designed the website for us. They also established our presence with an online shop. They helped us implement MailChimp and create a FedEx account to ship our products.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website was ready the first day we opened. They delivered what we asked. We opened the store a year ago, and have found that most customers have come from Instagram promotions.

How did Volar Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they were amazing. I have their direct phone number, and if I have any questions or concerns, I just call or text them. They respond to me very quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve never worked with other companies. The one thing that I really like about Volar Agency is that if I have questions, they will get back to me right away. I wouldn’t be able to compare it to anyone else, but having that communication has been great.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really, to be honest. Everything is good. We’re very satisfied.

Trust them. If they have any specific ideas, send Volar Agency some examples. That’s what worked for us.
