I am the President. We are a managed service provider (MSP) that provides end to end IT services for all sized companies.

We hired Ridgefield Web Design to create us a new website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at all the sites Ridgefield Web Design has created and figured it was the best fit as they have a great turn around time.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We met with them and decided on a template. From there they took our ideas and put it towards the site. A couple of in person meetings to go over some details and then the rest was through email where we told them what we wanted and where we wanted it.

2 different members. The owner and Project manager.

Everything they did was amazing. Very responsive and they were very fast with development.

They were easy to work with. They understood all the ideas I wanted and brought them to life.
