Do not recommend.  Switching to Market My market caused an immediate and massive loss of revenue. Traffic to website crashed and went downhill. New leads went completely cold. They are very misleading and dishonest. They stole/copied and paste google ad campaigns from another dental practice not associated with us ( that they also market for) had the phone number and address of that practice on our ads.  They make it very difficult to cancel services, will continue to charge you after canceled services.  It's a trap. Don't fall for it.

They did not deliver on time. They were in a rush to get paid, once I made payment it went downhill from there.

We'd like to address these concerns directly:
Timeline & Results: This review covers just three weeks of a six-month contract. SEO requires time to produce measurable results, which is why we use six-month agreements. Traffic changes in the first few weeks typically reflect transition periods, not campaign performance.
Contract & Communication: A six-month agreement was signed. When concerns arose, we made multiple attempts to schedule calls to discuss solutions. These requests went unanswered. We cannot resolve issues without client engagement.
Google Ads Claim: The allegation that we copied another practice's campaign is false. We would never compromise our integrity by using another client's proprietary information. If an administrative error occurred during setup, we would have corrected it immediately if notified.
We've built our reputation serving over 250 active clients in the legal and dental industries. We regret this client's experience and remain open to direct communication to resolve any outstanding concerns.
