Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the president of Orases, a software development company based here in the USA. Our headquarters is located in Frederick, Maryland, and we have satellite offices in Houston, Chicago, and Denver.

What challenge were you trying to address with New Eve Media?

We hired them to produce our company video.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

New Eve Media provided full production services, including scriptwriting, filming, audio mixing, editing, and more. As part of that, they went to our location and filmed our employees. They even flew out to our two customers and interviewed them. On both occasions, they brought their own equipment. In the end, our video was posted on social media platforms such as Youtube.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Mary (Executive Producer), and she brought four people during the production shoot.

How did you come to work with New Eve Media?

My friend referred New Eve Media to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership ran from November 2019–February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video they produced gave people a sense of who we were and what our services were. On top of that, they were able to capture our personalities in the film.

As a result, whenever we show the video during our sales presentation, people were pretty impressed with it.  Overall, we had a very smooth production so we were really happy with our partnership with New Eve Media — they were easy to work with.

How did New Eve Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They used Google Docs and Google Sheets, which allowed them to have an organized project management process. We communicated through emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They worked around our schedule, and they resolved all of our issues. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they had no areas to improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Spend some time with New Eve Media and make sure that they understand your company so that they could accurately portray your needs to the best of their ability.
