For what projects/services did your company hire RevChimp, and what were your goals?

We hired RevChimp for e-commerce development. We were looking to develop our site to include e-commerce functionality for our new product launch.

We heard about Abe through friends in the space. We had a call with him and the team and felt confident moving forward with them.

We hired Revchimp for their expertise in e-commerce development. The scope of work for our project included several key steps and deliverables that were crucial to our success. Project Steps: The first step involved RevChimp conducting a thorough analysis of our existing e-commerce platform and identifying areas for improvement. This was followed by the development of a custom e-commerce strategy to meet our specific needs and goals. Key Deliverables: RevChimp delivered a new, custom-built e-commerce platform that was designed to optimize the user experience, improve website performance, and increase sales. This platform included features such as a mobile-responsive design, a user-friendly checkout process, and integrations with key payment gateways and shipping carriers. Technologies Used: RevChimp leveraged the latest technologies and best practices to develop our e-commerce platform, including e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Magento, as well as advanced payment gateways and shipping integrations. We had 4 people total assigned to our company. The main person being Leena our project coordinator and account manager and we had 1 media buyer, a content manager and a web developer / conversion rate specialist

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After signing up with them we immediately got started on the project and within 4 days we can tangible design concepts layer out to move forward with the project. Within 3 weeks our store was up and live for testing. We benefited greatly from the market research strategy and customer journey roadmap they built for us.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

we had daily communication through slack with our account manager. They were always prompt with their response and got us connected to the right people on the team when we needed help with support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

their knowledge and team work was by far the best thing about my work experience with them. Abe is a great individual that is passionate about his work and his team reflects that. We enjoyed the ideas and suggestions we got from him and the team during our weekly checkins.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

overall I’d say we had a more than a great experience with them. Wouldn’t necessarily say there is anything to be done different as far as our project delivery, execution and timeline goes.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

My company is Esthetic Inknglow LLC, and I am an obstetrician and the owner and CEO.

What challenge were you trying to address with LeadChimp?

I hired them for a lot of projects, the first of which was to provide marketing for the business I started as an obstetrician. After that, I hired them to build a website, as well as to create a Shopify account and set up e-commerce on my site.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They run sponsored ads on Facebook and Instagram that are able to target specific demographics and geographical areas. Those often coincide with promotions that they highlight, and link to my appointment book so that new customers can book online.

They built the website from scratch and worked cohesively between the different platforms to help funnel people from the ads, to the site, and to a form that would allow me to contact them from there to set up an appointment.

What was the team composition?

I have interacted with a lot of people over the phone, but for the most part, I work directly with Abe (Founder).

How did you come to work with LeadChimp?

Abe was recommended by a friend of mine, and they were unique in their proposal to provide just the services I wanted and nothing I didn’t. A lot of the marketing agencies I talked to wanted to sell package deals that included a lot of extra things, but LeadChimp was very down to earth from the start, and that’s why I decided to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

In total, the project has cost about $13,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first worked together in April 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When I first started y business, most of my business came from word of mouth, but when I ran an ad for the first time, I got around 30–40 new clients within the first two weeks, and close to 60 after that. In total, they’ve helped bring in around 600–700 new clients, which is incredible.

We also launched our first project recently, and they’ve helped to advertise that, and we’ve brought in close to $2,000 in the first two weeks. I don’t want to overstate things, but their work is literally perfect. If there’s a single thing I don’t like, they will change it in a heartbeat, and they make sure that I am always satisfied with everything that goes out before we launch it.

How did LeadChimp perform from a project management standpoint?

They are great with deadlines. I’ve never had an issue with something not being completed by the date that we originally agreed upon, and even if I send them something last minute, they have never had any trouble getting that done. If I need to talk to them, I can always just email or call, and they will respond right away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I feel like I’m working with family when we work together. I don’t know how many clients I have, but every time I talk to them, it feels so much more personal than just any business engagement. They spend time getting to know my business and ask really great questions about my core goals. It demonstrates the level of care that they put into the engagement overall.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything that comes to mind that they could be doing better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want first, and don’t spend money without knowing what you need to. That’s what I love about LeadChimp, is they’re not trying to just sell you on any extra services. They will do exactly what you ask them to do.
