Per our requirements, LOTUS Marketing Solutions developed a custom website with mobile and desktop compatibility. They were required to upload an extensive collection of image files to showcase our products and pricing. The site has gone through multiple updates since the initial redesign.

Our partnership dates back to February 2015. Although the website is complete, they continue to provide support and maintenance for the platform.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

According to our monthly reports, our traffic has increased month over month. The old site was getting 600 unique visitors each month, but we’re now attracting more than 3,000 monthly users. Our customers have sent us a lot of positive feedback regarding the sophisticated design and improved functionality.

Their team was highly responsive to our needs. They used Outlook for scheduling and correspondence, but we also held video conferences and phone calls.

We enjoyed working with LOTUS Marketing Solutions because they are competent in every area of their business. They delivered incredible work while providing exceptional service. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There has been a troubling pattern of bugs appearing after each update, but LOTUS Marketing Solutions is never proactive at identifying and resolving the issues.

LOTUS Marketing Solutions has worked with many large clients, but their affordable pricing makes them an excellent fit for smaller businesses as well.
