I’m a managing partner at Dr’s Toy Store, where we buy, sell, trade, and repair medical equipment.

What challenge were you trying to address with ADvermain?

We continue to rely on him for web development work and SEO/PPC efforts. He works to ensure that we have a good digital presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mike (Founder & CEO, ADvermain) conducts SEO strategy, including keyword research and targeting. He also redesigned our WordPress website to make it modern and user-friendly. He implemented a feature to track the rate of website conversions, and made changes to the site to optimize that.

What is the team composition?

I just worked with Mike.

How did you come to work with ADvermain?

He came into the office and spoke to my boss. He convinced us to engage him in digital work.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2013. We enlist his services on an ongoing basis because we know we can trust him with all of our information.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Mike has been our go-to guy for our SEO and IT work because he’s not fussy about getting everything done. He’s straightforward but patient. He’s also exhibited great versatility—sometimes he’ll even pick up the phone in our usual business operations manner, and sell equipment.

How did ADvermain perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve never had any problems.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mike is extremely realistic and practical. He’s very straightforward about completing tasks, and doesn’t hesitate to shut down unrealistic goals. I’ve had far less problems with him than working with other companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s good to have an actionable and realistic goal.
