Hypersonic first ran an audit on our shopify site which set the strategy and course for improvements. From there we identiified audiences to market and promote our content and products to in the hopes of driving more people to our site and converting in two ways: getting us their email for future marketing purposes and to convert to a sale.

• We saw considerable, consistent improvements on search results and traffic.

I admittedly wasn't involved in the day to day but I do know that they always met deadlines, and communication with them was clear and actionable. Accessibility was never an issue with them.

I am the CEO of a small dinnerware company that exclusively serves customers online. We differentiate by providing unique, plant-based plates and bowls that are easy to use, at an affordable price.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hypersonic, and what were your goals?

We were launching our US business online, and wanted Hypersonic to lead the Google/Facebook digital marketing campaigns and grow our customer base.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was contacted by Hypersonic via LinkedIn. An informal interview with the principal partners was followed by a project proposal. Hypersonic was flexible to our specific needs and presented significant US marketing experience with well-established brands.

Main project scope was the planning, execution, review and feedback, performance improvement of Google Ads paid media. Key deliverables were Google Ad campaigns and its optimization. Additional project for website redesign and implementation was also performed at an additional cost.

As part of the overall marketing strategy development, a generic customer tapestry segmentation study was done to understand our main target customer base. A weekly face-to-face meeting (1hr) was managed to review campaign results, to provide feedback for improvement and plan seasonal marketing campaign needs.

2~3 persons worked with us during the project. One person for digital marketing strategy, paid media management and outsourced technical support liaison, one person for general marketing strategy. Another person joined the team mid-project, for hands-on support for paid media campaigns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a new business, we needed to set up our website, begin digital marketing campaigns and understand our target customer needs. Hypersonic provided insightful recommendations at key decision making points during the project. After 6 months working with Hypersonic, we were well set to grow, increasing our traffic and sales to compete with established dinnerware brands in the US.

A weekly meeting was held to discuss key results and path forward. A well-thought out report format was developed with us, too, so that the weekly meeting was kept short and meaningful. Impromptu calls were readily accepted and our needs were well catered for, especially regarding technical issues arising from the new website design or digital campaigns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Hypersonic project scope was mainly focused on paid media management, but they provided so much more in terms of digital marketing strategy and general business recommendations. Most of all, Hypersonic made us feel that they really cared about us and wanted our new company/brand to be successful. We always felt that they did their best, based on their present capabilities and capacity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Proactive research on sustainability trends in consumer products, competition dynamics in the ecofriendly dinnerware segment and competing websites' digital marketing strategy would have provided deeper insight in mining keywords, developing cost-effective budgeting/bidding strategies and improved timing of paid media marketing push during key sales dates.

We hired Hypersonic to help us grow and develop our web presence and search availability, to help raise the online presence of Point Karting and grow to more sales.

We met with several vendors, and found that Hypersonic was the most articulate, thoughtful, and innovative in the way they worked with us, working and flexing to our budget and needs as we grew Point Karting and scaled the business.

Primary engagement included working with us to develop key word lists, SEO targets, metrics to measure growth and performance, along with overall SEO and SEM programs that helped us scale. The business now utilizes Google Ads and Keywords to boost our presence online for maximum return on ad spend.

Hypersonic had (3) people work with us closely over time with them, and each played key roles. Brent was / is the business manager, Valters the primary implementation and consultant for SEO marketing, and Eric did many technical implementations and updates to keep everything working smoothly.

Hypersonic's efforts have massively affected our ability to reach customers and generate customers in a positive manner. Deliverables were generally on time, detailed, and thoughtful, and continue to be so.

Project Management style includes communication via email and web meeting primarily, along with subsequent follow up meetings if necessary. The management style is informative and positive while also data-based and pragmatic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the mix of people involved in the company to be the most impressive. Hypersonic has a great team of people who are knowledgeable and professional in their approach and project management.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd like to see Hypersonic develop packages for start-up businesses with case studies like ours in mind. Many businesses out there could benefit from what Hypersonic has delivered us, if there was a way for them to find the capital at the initial start.

Our website was very outdated. We do not have in-house resources and needed to hire a company to get it up to speed and increase our traffic and "look".

I heard of them through word of mouth. After meeting with them I knew they were right for the job! They listened to detail and what I needed out of the web site.

We had a kick off meeting and went over the detail of my company and my vision for the web site. From there they came back with ideas that immediately fit my vision. We then had a few meetings to discuss changes, photos, product pages, etc to continue the process. All along I was sent the web site preview and able to offer suggestions or changes. Then once we had final approval we were up and running!

Our manufacturers and customers really appreciate and enjoy the new user-friendly website. We appreciate the new traffic it brings in!

Communication was key. The project flowed smoothly and if I ever needed anything or had questions the response was immediate.

They listened to our needs and understood what our company was all about. This way they were able to fill the page with the vision I had almost immediately. Anything I wanted to be tweaked, they would do right away. Real easy and smooth!

Not really. The working relationship just flowed. Great team to work with!
