It’s in the vernacular of our speak, you know, instead of “I’ll send you something,” it’s “I’ll share it with you – a document with you” because that’s – I don’t know if you’re familiar with Google, but the paradigm of multiple people being in a document at one time has really been revolutionary, quite honestly, to the way we do business. So it’s, again, exceeded our expectations.

DataEndure delivered time and even slightly under budget. Everybody at our company is pleased with the new system. They helped us scale up our storage from 10 terabytes to more than 100 terabytes, which was a big hike in capacity. We saw a threefold increase in performance.

The system is set up as to not generate many headaches, but in the beginning, when Intivix was trying to initiate us with printer programs, software, and so on, they had a hands-on approach. I’ve worked with them day and night, and have no complaints. We have quarterly meetings with our project manager.

He knows where our switches, computers, and screens are, and also the names of our employees and so on. He’s a member of the team, which is very cool. Whenever we need to switch a resource (which has happened over the course of 18 years), they accommodate us, ask us how we feel about the new person, and if there are any complaints.
