Our goal is to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website that will showcase our F&B products and allow customers to easily browse, order, and purchase them online. We knew MLTech Soft by one of our partners in F&B Industry.

At the first stage, MLTech Soft set up a discovery meeting to define the project scope, requirements, and timelines. This involved a series of meetings, workshops, and interviews to ensure that we are aligned on the vision and goals for the project.

They delivered us a quotation including a project plan, a project scope document, and a detailed requirements document after 1 week after the calls. After we came to an agreement, MLTech Soft began designing and developing the e-commerce website based on the requirements document.

We had a Business Analyst, two Architects (early in the project), a technical leader, several developers (back end and front end), a QA lead and another QA person on call, and a Project Manager to review and approve design mockups, user flows, and other key elements of the website.

We used the agile methodology, which included daily stand-up meetings, two-week sprints with application evaluations, requirements gathering and review sessions, and user interaction. During the final phase, we conducted extensive testing to ensure that the website is fully functional and meets all of our requirements.

This included testing for usability, performance, and security. Once testing was completed, we launched the website and made it live to the public. The key deliverables for this phase will include a fully functional and tested e-commerce website, as well as training and support for our team to ensure that we can manage and maintain the website going forward.

We used email, zalo and whatsapp for communication, and Slack for manage the project. I was so impressed with Mr. Duc - the project manager. He worked closely with our team and always made sure the project to be delivered on time.

The outcomes of the project are apps that work smoothly and are well-designed in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. After these went live, user reviews have been almost all 5-stars.

The project manager stayed on top of the project and communicated regularly with me. The communication tool we use is WhatsApp. We requested to have a project done in a 2-month development phase, and we made it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

MLTech Soft truly contributed to our success. They do frequent check-ins to revise how many users are onboarding and interacting with our app and see the functionality of its features, which has been very beneficial for our product. They closely took feedback and optimize the user experience.
