Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Garner Health Law Corporation, a health care boutique law firm. The firm represents health care providers in the context of regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions and general strategic representation.

For what projects/services did your company hire ClearFuze Networks, Inc.?

Establish a baseline IT infrastructure that can expand as the firm expands, and always mindful of the sensitivity of health care-related issues. Security was of particular concern due to the health care specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH). Since inception, ClearFuze has handled all IT needs for the law firm.

How did you select ClearFuze Network, Inc., and what were the deciding factors?

I researched multiple IT service providers, and I found ClearFuze to be friendly, and I was impressed with the company's vast knowledge in both IT and health care.

As a ClearONE client, ClearFuze covers cybersecurity, network infrastructure, our business continuity plans, data protection, email and cloud-based access of all files, including sensitive and confidential data.

How many resources from the ClearFuze Networks, Inc. team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Over the past almost six years my firm has worked with multiple team members from ClearFuze, including the company's CEO Jason Gilbert who has been very instrumental in assisting the law firm in integrating technology with growth and vision. I have specifically worked with multiple C-level individuals from ClearFuze, and others from ClearFuze consistently reach out to us to ensure we are happy with the services provided (which we are).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Transitioning all firm data and client files to the cloud was a critical and successful project. Ensuring communication between firm members, including those out of state, has also been an integral part of the services provided by ClearFuze. As a firm that provides health care compliance services to health care providers, it is important to know that the firm, itself, is compliant on all levels. ClearFuze guides us in this process so that we are successful.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between the firm and ClearFuze has consistently been effective and efficient. Inquiries receive almost immediate responses while keeping the entire firm up to date on salient issues. ClearFuze has also assisted the firm in taking appropriate ownership of certain parts of the overall IT plan, while consistently being available at all times. This way the firm can maximize the use of all available industry platforms.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ClearFuze genuinely cares about my firm and the services it provides. This way my firm receives individualized services that best suit the firm and each of the individuals therein.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have had no issues with ClearFuze since our work started together. As new and unique issues have presented to the firm, as well as the firm's clients, ClearFuze is able to quickly respond and adapt in response to our novel needs. I look forward to continuing this long-term partnership.

Randolph & Sampson, APC is a California personal injury law firm in Santa Monica, California, with offices in the Inland Empire and Palm Desert. I am the Office Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire ClearFuze Networks, Inc.?

We hired ClearFuze to design our network infrastructure and update all our IT systems. We have been ClearONE Solution clients since 2019.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a better IT experience. ClearFuze set us up with new computers, new internet service, cloud-based servers, new VoIP phones, they improved our internet, expanded our wireless, and helped us go remote after COVID. They installed better programs and software and guide us on all IT matters. All of our goals were met and exceeded.

How did you select ClearFuze Networks, Inc.?

ClearFuze cold-called our office. What really caught my attention at first was how much the person calling respected the intelligence and management skills of the owner, Jason Gilbert. She really seemed to trust him and pitched ClearFuze sincerely and wholeheartedly. We brought them in to do an audit, which was comprehensive, easy, and informative. Then we met and they showed me everything they could do for IT. They presented a plan that helped us see how things could be implemented and they assisted us with training staff so that plan was effective. It's been a big improvement.

Describe the project in detail.

We have the ClearONE Solution, so they take care of ALL our IT needs. They moved all of our data to a cloud-based server. We had recently changed our company name so they handled the complete transfer of all of our email addresses. They brought us over to a VoIP system, so our phones became internet-based, and we never have outages or service issues anymore. They improved our internet, expanding our wireless, and helped us go remote after COVID. They installed better programs and software, and we got all new computers as part of our ClearONE set up.

What was the team composition?

We had close to 20 employees at the time and now we have 14. We are a law firm that mainly deals with personal injury and some business litigation cases. With ClearFuze, we worked with CEO, Jason Gilbert. We also have an amazing Client Success Partner and work with many members of their wonderful team including their Sales Rep, Account Manager, Project Manager, Director of Engineering, Help Desk Support, and Network Engineers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have great new software, VoIP phones, a cloud-based server, a really strong wireless network, and excellent cybersecurity. We also have new computers and all of our processes are now faster and more efficient. We love ClearFuze!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with ClearFuze is great! They are are so friendly and helpful. They answer us immediately. Every ticket gets a quick response. They helped us transition seamlessly to remote work and even though we are all now working from home now, every ticket still gets a quick response and take care of everything we need.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Because of ClearFuze's support, the client feels secured throughout the workflow and they are pleasant to work with. We don't have to worry about our equipment freezing or crashing anymore. ClearFuze is the best!

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't think so. We intend to renew our contract with ClearFuze when the time comes.
