What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a noticeable improvement in the overall security and stability of our systems. All of our company computers have been brought under security monitoring, updates are more consistent, and we have better visibility into potential issues. We've also had fewer security-related problems after the changes were put in place, which has given us more confidence in our overall setup.

Before the project, we were dealing with security and system-related issues fairly regularly. Since STG IT Consulting Group completed the setup, we've seen those issues decrease by around 70%. We also have much better visibility now because all of our company computers are being monitored, and when something does come up, their team is usually able to respond the same day instead of us having to troubleshoot it internally.

We mainly track the results through our internal support tickets and the monitoring reports from our systems. We can compare how many security-related issues were being reported before the changes versus after the new setup was put in place. We also look at how quickly issues are identified and resolved, which has improved since we have better monitoring in place.

STG IT Consulting Group has done a great job managing the project. They've kept us updated throughout the process and worked around our schedule, so there has been very little disruption to our team. Everything has been completed within the timeframe we discussed, and whenever we have a question or need something adjusted, they're quick to respond.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out the most is how easy they are to work with. They explain the security issues in a way that makes sense without getting overly technical and handle most of the work without disrupting our team. They're also very responsive whenever we have questions, which makes the whole project feel pretty straightforward.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing major really stands out. If anything, having a little more documentation at the end explaining the security changes and new tools would have been helpful for our internal team. Other than that, the project has gone smoothly, and we're happy with the overall experience.
