I’m an executive of Doll Face Clothing and Accessories, a consumer products and services company. We do clothing and accessories wholesale in Southern California.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Secure Techies to accomplish for your clothing and accessories wholesale business?

We’ve been working with Secure Techies for all of our IT needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Secure Techies provides day-to-day support, infrastructure planning, cybersecurity, and complex projects. The team has recently migrated our entire environment from our on-premise infrastructure to the cloud. The migration was well planned and executed with minimal disruption.Moreover, Secure Techies provides help desk support, infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and support. We also have a weekly technology meeting to review the company’s infrastructure report.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Secure Techies.

We started working with Secure Techies in June 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

Secure Techies has consistently exceeded our expectations. Since partnering with Secure Techies, they’ve become our go-to team for 100% of our technical needs. Their knowledge and responsiveness have been outstanding.Moreover, Secure Techies has reduced our downtime and increased our response times. Before working with Secure Techies, we had outages every week. Since they took over the account, we haven’t had any outages. We’re on an SLA for any emergency calls, and they answer immediately.

How did Secure Techies perform from a project management standpoint?

Secure Techies uses a project management tool to track the progress of each project and task. We review everything weekly to see the status of each item. The team delivers everything before the given deadline. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Secure Techies is a true technology consultant. They take the time to understand our business, recommend the right solutions, and think strategically about our long-term IT needs. Unfortunately, many companies market themselves as IT consultants when they’re really just computer repair shops. Secure Techies is the real deal; they provide enterprise-level expertise and proactive guidance, not just break-fix support.
