MyTech Partners, Inc. took the time to understand our business case. We had a very unique situation and document management needs. MyTech worked with us in great detail to find a specific SharePoint structure that would support our workflow. They didn't simply provide what we asked them for, they challenged the reasons behind our questions and ultimately prevented us from going down many paths that wouldn't have worked. They were in-person for all training and meetings, and didn't just respond to our needs, but they identified new needs we didn't know we had and responded to those as well.

Most MSPs or MSSPs have a certain way of operating and can be unable to accommodate specific processes and/or ways of working. However, that has not been my experience with NexusTek; they work with our company in a true partnership.
