What was the scope of their involvement?

Randstad Technologies provided us with recruitment services. They were tasked with finding back- and frontend engineering candidates for us. 

What is the team composition?

I only worked with Joe (IT Technical Recruiter & Account Manager). 

How did you come to work with Randstad Technologies?

We found them through a Google search and chose them because they’re known for their agency support. 

How much have you invested with them?

We didn’t spend any money with them because we didn’t make any hires. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March–July 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We weren't able to make any successful hires with them. Although we didn't have a bad experience, they missed the point of our requirements. While we wanted to see diverse candidates, that didn't mean we wanted to compromise on the candidates' quality, which was what happened.

How did Randstad Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via phone calls and emails. 

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

They sent us a lot of diverse candidates, which was good. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their quality over quantity. They kept focusing on finding diverse candidates, but their quality wasn't great. I would advise them to keep into consideration what the client's needs are.

We reached out to Randstad Technologies to provide recruiting services for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Randstad Technologies recruits potential candidates for our company to fill specific positions, pre-screening candidates before submitting them to our team for consideration. They perform employment background checks and conduct initial interviews in the process to ensure the candidates are a good match.

What is the team composition? 

We work directly with one person.

How did you come to work with Randstad Technologies?

They reached out to us and, after speaking with someone on their team, we felt they had the industry knowledge needed to add value to our hiring process. 

How much have you invested with them?

We've invested about $35,000 thus far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since around May 2019 and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Randstad continues to do a great job of preselecting candidates that not only fulfill position requirements, but who are also a good cultural fit for our company. They're genuinely invested in our long-term success. 

How did Randstad Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We manage everything on our end, but their team is great at taking notes and listening to our needs. They understand our business and the type of talent we're looking for very well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They've been able to quickly understand our needs, including the nature of our business. They're very thorough when selecting candidates for our consideration, ensuring that individuals possess the right skills and genuinely want to be part of our team.
