Our systems are consistently up and running and anytime we have an issue with hardward or software, Razz Pro is very responsive and resolves the issue in a timely fashion.

While Razz Pro utilized technology for scheduling purposes and routine tasks, you can always get in touch with a human when you need one or have an emergency. When reaching out to someone from our previous service provider to get assistance or support, it would take one or two days for them to respond. It felt as if we weren't as important to them because they were used to larger companies. However, Ty and the Razz Professional Services, Inc.'s team excel at working with small businesses and prioritizing us just as much as other clients.
The team responds in an hour or two, has handled everything related to IT, and brought it all under one umbrella. Razz Professional Services, Inc. has helped us get organized. Moreover, their team is excellent at problem-solving. They don't hesitate to figure it out for us if it's something they're new to.
