I’m a network systems engineer at an educational institution.

We needed to upgrade our firewall and fiscal infrastructure.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us update our fiscal infrastructure and connected it to the cloud. They did some scanning to make sure that there were no security breaches in our network.

What is the team composition?

I work with two people: Mark (President) and one other person. I also worked with someone from their accounting department. 

How did you come to work with Willing Minds?

My manager found them. We looked at a few providers, but we chose Willing Minds because of their expertise and pricing. 

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent about $50,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them for over five years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re responsive and great at helping us out. They’re always available. 

How did Willing Minds perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent. We mostly communicate through emails and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very friendly and willing to work with us and even train our team. They’ve shown us how to do things on our own, so we’re not always dependent on them. We have a lot of trust in them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

One time, we had an issue getting in touch with them. However, they may have been mostly our fault. I didn’t email the correct account when inquiring about an emergency service.
