I’ve had to change needs and timelines, and they managed to implement the website with a lot of things that were out of scope. Their team took ownership of the project and made me feel that they were my partner and wanted to see my company succeed. I also appreciate their flexibility in adapting to my needs. A lot of service providers wouldn’t change the way they worked with me or the initial agreement. I changed the scope after I made an agreement with them, and they accommodated me.
