Owner and Strategic Advisor of eMotivate Marketing+Design. Our agency offers strategic marketing consulting and management, as well as custom website design. When the scope of a project requires it. we subcontract to partner agencies to ensure timely and successful project execution.

For what projects/services did your company hire Hyperweb Communications Inc, and what were your goals?

Wightman Telecom required an updated website with dynamic, location-specific content for each of its regional locations. The company is growing rapidly and the website needs to be flexible to accommodate and reflect product and service updates as they are rolled out.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

eMotivate Marketing has worked with Hyperweb on larger website projects on several occasions. The Hyperweb team is creative, competent and responsive, and agency owner Carl Messenger-Lehmann is super easy to work with.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Over a 7-month span, increased website traffic by 50% Over 6-month span, increased number of top 10 keyword rankings by 180% Beautiful new website was delivered as efficiently as possible, especially given ever-changing client dynamics.

Hyperweb uses the latest, most effective tools for communication, planning, project management, design and development. Project management is proactive, always keeping the client updated and engaging in conversation through various channels as/when appropriate, in order to keep the project moving forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by their humility and fairness. Hyperweb team advocates strongly for design, development, and marketing management choices they recommend, and provides rationale for their choices. Ultimately though, whether due to budget or a different perspective, sometimes the customer opts not to implement or to execute differently and Carl respects that decision. Lots of agencies can design a great website. Very few do it with such grace.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I was very pleased.

I'm the Managing Director of Synergy Design, a Toronto area design agency that provides creative services for CMOs and Marketing Directors.

As a collaborative effort, we engaged Hyperweb for their digital marketing and webdev skills for a large SaaS website we had been contracted to build.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Having partnered with Hyperweb on many web projects in the past, we knew they had extensive experience to guide us on such a large project.

From the onset, Carl and I worked together to road-map a plan for the client and how best to build a site for optimum lead-gen activity. We developed wire-frames with UX best-practices that would then guide our design team, and ultimately be custom coded by their amazing programmers.

We worked with Carl, Terry and Kerin like we were part of the same team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Having worked with independent wevdev companies (digital markers) in the past, it was refreshing to work with a team with so much knowledge. A team that would take our web design and translate it into an exact replica of what we had envisioned. The final site functions beautifully on both desktop and mobile.

This was a collaboration, but we relied heavily on their expertise in areas unfamiliar to us. Building a large website goes far beyond just design and coding and with many moving parts, we were impressed with their ability to juggle them all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That it wasn't about building a themed /templated Wordpress site. They recognized our need for a custom site based on our design. And, that many of the decisions were based on what was best for the client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think we learn from every project we work on, but there's nothing that stands out as needing improvement.
