Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

For starters... if you need to cancel for whatever reason they will not let you out of your contract under any circumstance and will threaten collections on you. On top of that... i'm pretty sure they are only spending a 5th to a 3rd of what we are paying them on actual ads. When we asked for a breakdown on what was actually being spent they said they weren't at liberty to discuss that.

They only could tell us that they were getting us a $15/CPM which is stupid high for digital ads (i'm getting a $3/CPM on my own). On top of that, i'm pretty sure that half the traffic we are getting from them is from Bots (LOTS of sessions under 1 second). No wonder we are losing revenue. Do your bottom line a favor and find someone else. I give them 0/5 stars.
