Honestly, it is hard to find any major flaws because our expansion has been so incredibly successful, but if we had to pick one thing, it would simply be that we wish we had started working with Gilmedia sooner. Early on, as we were laying the groundwork for our North American expansion, the sheer volume of data, technical website transitions, and multi-location ad accounts created an absolute whirlwind of information. Gilmedia handled it beautifully, but as a minor point of improvement, streamlining the initial onboarding data or providing a slightly simplified summary dashboard right from day one could have helped our team absorb the technical details a bit faster during those first few weeks.That said, this is entirely a reflection of how fast we were growing together.
