OneClose is a company that has solved for Interim Occupancy in the new condominium space in Ontario. My current position is Head of Partnerships.

What were your goals for this project?
At the time, the goal was to create a site that educated the reader on who we were, what problem we were in the market to solve, and how we solved it. Our intention was to speak to our corporate partners and potential partners as that is who at the time, we believed was our main focus.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We were introduced via a mutual contact. We reviewed their value prop as a company and their offering, and it made sense for us on all levels to work with them.

They were contracted to take our designers images and our copy-writers works and build them into a website. They took our idea and designs, and created the site from it.
What was the team composition?
The project team from their side had 2-3 people working on our site. We had 5-6 people from our end contributing.

We were very happy with the finished results.

Good project management. The owner himself was involved and often got back to us on items we wanted, or change request. Good fluid dialogue.
