We chose Interconnections to handle all of our marketing because they understand our brand, our customers, and the industries we serve.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Interconnections manages all of our digital marketing initiatives, including PPC advertising, email marketing, paid social media campaigns, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and website design and development. Their comprehensive approach ensures a consistent brand experience, coordinated marketing strategy, and optimized performance across all of our digital channels. The team also develops and executes marketing strategies for new product launches and ongoing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate revenue growth.

By partnering with a single agency, we ensure consistent branding, streamlined communication, and a unified marketing strategy across all channels. The team provides detailed weekly analytics and performance metrics, giving us clear insights into campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance. Since partnering with Interconnections, our revenue has increased more than fourfold, reflecting the success of their marketing strategies and ongoing optimization efforts. All key performance metrics have increased significantly, including customer engagement, website traffic, conversions, and overall sales.

In 2019 we hired INTC to help scale up our facebook marketing and advertising. Abhi and his team quickly helped us achieve our first $0-$2m per month in sales within the first year of our partnership. As we continued to scale up our operations, we asked them to take over our google ads and eventually our email and sms marketing operations. 

The team at INTC has played an integral role allowing us to scale our acquisition and remarketing activities while we focused on building out our internal teams, systems and sops.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At scale, we were able to achieve 3.5x return on our investment while working with their team.

In many cases they exceeded expectations. They have gone above and beyond during the height of every Q4. In some cases, having to perform intense last minute changes to marketing activities due to last minute change or unforeseen circumstances. We knew we could always count on INTC to deliver.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Founder, though he’s an agency often times acted as a fractional CMO and head of acquisitions. He depth of knowledge in all aspects of marketing has helped shaped our marketing efforts over the last 4 years. Above all else, all team members at INTC acted as if they were also part of our team. They always made themselves available for us when needed regardless of working hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Interconnections Media INC could have done differently?

I think they’re great team players. Due to their willingness to always accommodate almost every request— last minute changes would often sneak their way into campaigns. This created friction within some teams.
