I am a Founder and CEO Of Mahi Photography, Mahi Photography is an Event Photography Management Company. We Are Specialized in Weeding Photography, Reception Photography & Pre-shoot.

Booseo is Situated in My home town. one of my friend recommend the company & I also saw their previous work that's why i chose Booseo.

After Discuss with me, they actually provide me Some scatches & I chose one of them. after I gave the approval. they begin to create the digital version of my logo.

I Worked With 3 People including Their CEO, Project manager & Graphic Designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Final Logo was awesome My Customers also loving it. It looks amazing when I put my logo in Wedding albums. I Love their work & AlsoNow I am Creating a Website for My Company With Booseo.

I Directly Communicate with the Project manager Some time even talked with their CEO Too. They are very Professional & We always Communicating them through Direct calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very Kind & They Suggest me Some improvements to My business. They responded to our questions very fast.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think their Process tracking methods are very Latest. it's takes some time to understand for Not tech people.

We are publishing our content on our social media & we wanted to upscale our business with provide 24hours live streaming entertainment online channel.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

To create a 24 hours Live streaming channel we went for Booseo, our owner's one of the friend recommended them & we told our needs they suggest the idea to have a mobile app. & after that, we started doing the app with booseo.

We wanted a ios & android mobile app with live streaming player integration to our existing website. so they created a backend to upload & schedule our programs and the user app to view the TV channel T

hey build apps using React native & backend using Vmix & Php for the server and transcoder they use Amazon AWS services. They completed the project within 3 months that is is 1 month before the deadline

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I think a total of 5 or 6 people worked on this project but only 2 of them are talked with us The project manager & UI & UX Designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We don't have any KPIs for this project but their final output is very satisfied us & they are met perfectly the deadline to

We mostly communicated with WhatsApp but they provided the custom client portal for the project management & billings & we rarely use slack also to contact.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The first thing is communication & understanding they are best at communication and they understood all our needs. Their work is of top quality and we are fully satisfied. They fixed issues on our website without any extra charge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

in my experience, I don't think is there anything to improve only I found their client portal is a little bit hard to use but they explain it very clearly at the kick-off meeting.
