Third, they began implementing these strategies, and continue to do so, all of which have resulted in significant improvements.

Our digital marketing efforts are focused on e-commerce, so we still do direct-to-consumer marketing via Amazon, our website, and email. We needed a company that could help us with our digital marketing, SEO, and PPC initiatives.

Optimized Webmedia Marketing handles our Amazon marketing, PPC, and SEO efforts. They’re primarily responsible for working with our marketing coordinator and another contractor in managing all of our PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon and performing actual onsite and offsite SEO for our website.
Additionally, they’re in charge of managing our social media posting schedules, creating content for our blog and social media channels, and updating our Amazon product pages’ copy. They also handle the SEO work for our listings on Amazon and manage our email marketing campaigns.

Within a few months of working with Optimized Webmedia Marketing, we’ve seen a 100% increase in revenue in the Amazon PPC that they’ve been managing. It took a couple of months to get going, but we’re now enjoying doubled revenue whilst maintaining our original ad spend and efficiency.

We've started using OWM for our SEO services. Donald was on point, punctual,professional diligient, friendly, super fast at responding. We started seeing some results slowly at the beginning but It took us about a year and we are now the #1 on google search. I've used many SEO companies in the past , but some were using shady methods or sometimes I couldn't trust what they were doing in the backgroud... they tried to get you at first but it seemed like they weren't doing much after couple of month... They are very trustworthy. They've shown me the progress they've made and the tasks they've finished throughout our project.
It took us a while but his seed that he sowed came into fruition after a year and we're #1 search on google. We hired Optimized Webmedia to oversee our Google AdWords campaign. We were self managing previously and had no idea what we were doing. Our goals were to improve our online presence and increase the number of clients we acquired through online .

Optimized Webmedia was recommended to us by our franchisor. They interviewed several potential companies and selected Optimized as the best choice to serve the system,

Donald and his team basically completely rebuilt our Adwords from scratch. They worked to make the best use of our budget and were constantly tweaking and updating our ads to ensure they worked well.
This included consistently running A/B campaigns to ensure we were getting the best results.

I worked directly with Donald, the Founder.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Adwords is basically a foreign language to me so we put a lot of trust in Optimized. Last year when our franchisor had the entire systems online presence audited, our location had the best result by quite a margin.

They worked with my communication style, which is quite casual. Donald was available to answer questions when i had them but for the most part I let them do their thing,
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I think they were just a great fit for us overall. They supported us and didn't try to push anything on us we didn't need.

Not really. We have been very happy with the relationship.

The company is Tough Hook LLC and we are a manufacturer of premium plastic products. Our Tough Hook and Tough Hanger lines are incredibly strong and overbuilt to withstand whatever you throw at it. I am one of the owners at the company and also President of the company.

What were your goals for this project?
To grow sales greatly, and I knew that needed to be accomplished with a great skill set in doing this, as my efforts produced minimal results.

We had originally posted an ad to hire someone to work for us a contractor. During that process we met Donald from Optimized Web Media. After researching the candidates and firms for past work overall. We felt Optimized and Donald were the group to help us grow.

The scope is pretty in depth. Campaigns were created to identify best keywords to market better. As that was completed layers and other campaigns were over time , for the products and brand overall.
This was just the digital PPC type campaigns. What also needed to be done and is ongoing , was each products page had to be updated for content and SEO to get better organic traffic , and Optimized did this.
They also created our brand page within Amazon , optimized it and maintain it. This overall process is constant as conditions change daily. Optimized keeps all aspects up to where they need to be and improves them monthly
What was the team composition?
There is a team , but I work directly with Donald at the firm. We communicate weekly with updates etc..
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The growth and outcomes have been better than we could have ever expected. We had not used a digital group like this before so, we did not know what to expect.
Overall , over a 10 month period that is still ongoing. We reached and surpassed initial goals by literally tripling sales , along with incredible penetration and recognition for the brand. We are very pleased with Optimized Web and Donald.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow from the beginning was laid out clear as to what was gong to be done. And each month we get a detailed report and information in the growth and business. So we always know what has been done and whats getting done next.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I was blown away by the level of overall knowledge in the digital space. That was impressive and the results speak for themselves. And thing growth and reach like this cannot be done without great technical knowledge and skill.
Are there any areas for improvement?
To be honest, we have not had anything that jumps out as something that needs improvement.

We had migrated E-Commerce platforms, which can have a significant impact on overall search performance given the new platform used a single page application architecture opposed to static HTML pages. There were also significant changes to the structures of our URLs. We required assistance in optimizing our site for search performance after this migration. Additionally, we were looking for ways to build our directory citations and connect with others for opportunities on guest posts and backlinks.

After we migrated our E-Commerce platform, we noticed a significant drop in our presence for branded searches on search engines. The overall goal was to boost visibility for branded search, and then organic keyword searches.

Overall we were satisfied with the work completed. As our internal team grew, we no longer had the need to outsource this work and it was taken on by other people within the company. Otherwise, we would have continued the working relationship with the vendor.

Their team was easy to work with. Always very polite and quick to respond.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive about this company was their own SEO performance. You can tell that Donald is diligent in personal SEO tactics for the company.
Are there any areas for improvement?
If we worked with them again, I would have requested weekly reports on performance to really tell what is working and what isn't. I think that as a vendor, this should be provided by default.
